No one answers the phone or door, my son got a substance evaluation two weeks ago to get his license back and it still has not been sent to the DOT! not very professional for a place that is supposed to be helping… people get their lives back on track and free themselves from addiction.
The people like Terry and Kim are amazing they are just down to earth people they are no different than you or l they listen n they care 💯
Still waiting on certificate for the dot stating I’ve completed the class , it’s needed to reinstate my license. Hard to get ahold of anyone. So I guess good and not so good , somewhat frustrating. Thanks
Not very thrilled. My daughter was seeing someone there and out of no where the same lady was seeing her dad also even though there was an nco in place. After we found out, the lady just stopped seeing my daughter… without letting us know. That happned two different times in a two week time. I will not say her name but she was not a good fit.
They really do help
Terris was wonderful, and the class was much more enjoyable than one would expect.
A community based program helping those individuals who have been dealing with Addiction or Mental Health issues aswell as assistace with addressing Legal issues .The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of thier jobs… so they provide the structure and information for thier clients to realistically reach thier goals and be successful .

I have been involved with Karen, Terry, Kim, Kristen, and a few other prior staff and will say that other than Our Father, Creator, they are most responsible for giving me awareness of my tools for my life and… educational success, that I have now achieved. The staff goes above and beyond what is required or expected. TO THOSE WHO GIVE LESS THAN A 5-STAR RATING: It works if you work it...SUCKS MAJORLY if you don't.
