ZION Integrated Behav Health Services – Perry

If I could give a zero, I would. I paid 180 for a 12 hr two day dwi class. They sent me a book, and called me 3 hrs before the class started to verify information, and never sent me the zoom link. Now everytime I try to… call, zion integrated, it attaches a virus to my phone. Im filing a charge back with my debit card and turning them into the BBB

Terrible place to work with. Went for an owi assessment and was told it would be $125. My bill after insurance for just the assessment is $250. Im being billed for things i was told i wouldn't be. Found out afterwards… that basically anyone who walks through their doors needs "treatment". Can never get direct answers to questions from anybody. Different answers for the same questions depending on who you talk to. I was pressured into giving my insurance information and now my bill after insurance is more than if I had paid out of pocket like I wanted to in the first place. They have no objective reasoning for "treatment". They leave it to the discretion of the interviewer. I would give negative stars if I could. Experts in giving you the runaround.

I really don’t know what to say. I have been with Zion for 8 years. My doctor there retired and he turned me over to a ARNP and said she will take care of you. First meeting she said she was removing me from a… medication I had been on for 20 years as I was abusing it. I told her my wife through away my medicine. She did not believe me. She switched me to several different psych meds that ruined me. I was then put back on the previous med and rapidly tapered going through severe withdrawals and begged them to slow down the taper as the swift reductions were making me very, very ill. I told her my wife was messing with my medication and got Power of Attorney over me and selling our family home. She would not believe me. Well, my last meeting with her I was homeless, lost my wife and kids, and my job. All because she did not want to do reporting measures on my medication or believe my wife was making me ill and doing everything. I am now going through BIND from being taking off quickly. BIND is severe neurological disorder caused from abrupt benzodiazepine deprescribing causing disabling symptoms. I am completely agoraphobic and bed bound amongst about 35 other severe neurological symptoms. She has no clue what she is doing. There is no cure for BIND other than time. It can take many months to possible years to recover. All over a medication that I was fine taking and 20 years ago was giving to me for severe muscle spasms. This is murder by a spouse and the healthcare system.

Honestly, scheduling was a head ache. I have been using Zion for 6 months, I have had one appointment canceled the day of and then rescheduled for 3 weeks out, one appointment where my therapist was 30 minutes late, one… appointment that I scheduled but called the day of to find out they had no recollection of it and I was not on the schedule. For a working adult who can't take lunch around when they have open appointments, it has been a head ache. Super unprofessional.
