Unfortunately, this institution is no longer what it once was. All the best to the doctors and I have no objections to their professional work, but I believe that patients' time is just as valuable as everyone else's… time. I consider waiting 20 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment unacceptable, especially when it comes to a private polyclinic where the service is regularly and quite expensively paid for. If we already come privately, we also expect a certain level of organization and respect for patients' time. The last two visits I waited and eventually gave up because I didn't want to wait anymore. Today I decided to wait just to see how long they really need to admit you beyond the appointment. I was ordered at 16:15, and I didn't enter the office until around 16:40. I understand that sometimes there can be a delay and I think it is quite normal to wait 10-15 minutes. However, waiting longer than that, without any explanation or apology for the delay, I find unacceptable. Kudos to the doctors, but the organization of appointments and the attitude towards patients' time obviously require serious improvement.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Koluh. The doctor is professional in every sense of the word and pleasant to talk to. He clearly presented the situation and possible steps. During the surgery, he made sure that I had as… little pain as possible and the surgery, suturing and everything else was done excellently. All the employees of the clinic are very kind and professional. They treated me as if I were part of their family. My warm recommendations.

I am very disappointed in the service and the attitude towards patients. I had a Pap smear 15 days ago and on that occasion the nurse at the counter clearly told me: “We will call you in 15 days.” Today, after no one… answered, I called to check what was going on, and I got a response that the deadline is at least 20 days. So why tell the patient 15 days if you know that the results will not be ready for 20 days? Is it so difficult to provide accurate information immediately? I paid for the service properly, so I really expect at least correct communication and respect towards the patient. It is not a problem to wait a few days longer if that is the actual deadline, the problem is when one person tells you one thing, and when you call yourself you get completely different information. If patients pay for services, the least they deserve is to be accurately informed and not have to call and “chase” the results themselves. A very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience. Phew.
