Adept Assessment Center – Spokane

I attended for 6 months and I loved it. Not understanding the bad reviews, but to each their own. Michelle my counselor helped me more than I could ask and overall I would absolutely recommend this place.

I recently completed the treatment program at adept and am proud to say I graduated with a renewed sense of hope and purpose. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely… supported in my decision to get better. What stood out most was how the team truly listens and tailors the program to each person’s needs. Whether it was individual counseling, group sessions, or life skills workshops, every part of the experience was designed to help people who are ready to make real, lasting changes. The therapists and support staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient—they challenged me when I needed it and celebrated every small victory along the way. The environment felt safe and structured, which helped me focus on healing without distractions. I learned practical tools for managing cravings, rebuilding relationships, and creating a healthier daily routine. The aftercare planning was especially helpful, giving me confidence as I stepped back into everyday life. If you’re serious about wanting to do better and are looking for a treatment center that truly cares and equips you with what you need to succeed, I highly recommend adept. They don’t just treat symptoms—they help you rebuild your life. I’m incredibly grateful for my time there and the progress I’ve made. Thank you to the entire team!

They helped me not commit suicide because of my wife passing away due to drug overdose I almost did to now im going to church all thanks to adept god bless 🙌

This place isn't bad I honestly like it

If I could give a 0 I would. When I went in for a SUD assessment after getting in trouble for the first time in a decade, the counselor tried to tell me I need up to 2 years of counseling to get my license back. In… addition to this the counselor make you feel like she has to one up your problems. We’re here to fix my problems not talk about yours. Furthermore asking me if I ran myself over with a car and then explaining how your friend did it 6 times before ultimately dying doesn’t exactly expand your credibility. Thankfully you can always get a second opinion(something she also tried to discourage) and will now be eligible for a license in 12 hours of counseling rather than the quoted 100-800 hours. Then I was hit with more bills in the mail afterwards that we did not agree upon. Honestly? This lady should have her license taken, greedy, grubby operation with 0 ethics.

Class was supposed to start at 9… it’s 9:40 no one is here and they have people waiting outside for a class that is supposed to be serious.

One of the worst companies in Spokane. It’s run & managed by a woman who has NO clue about any of the services they offer. Not even in office most times. Instead of worrying about treatment for the public their family… lives in the building. It’s a complete sham of a business

This place is a croc I would never recommend this place to anyone they will screw you over an tell you that you need more treatment then you really do they’ll assume things on your assessment without even talking to you… so that you’ll reach there criteria.. the place is a laughing JOKE !!!
