AMPT Up for Change LLC – Houston

Came 2-3 months after injury, feeling like I cannot use my arm for anything. Now they got my shoulder from likely needing surgery, to almost as good as new with steady progress all throughout - and most importantly NO… surgery which was my top priority. Never spent more than a minute in the waiting room either, always on time. Can only recommend anybody with PT needs to check this place out.

Excellent staff. They took the time to understand my ankle issue and built a plan that worked. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or recovering from an injury.

Phenomenal experience at Ampt! They are very considerate and will listen to you about any complications that you may have and help you work through it. They did not rush me at all to get me to recover quicker, and they… really listened to me throughout the entire process.

Hip Replacement Surgery and they have been outstanding. 5 visits so far and quite a few to go. I have already regained some strength, mobility and balance.

My experience at AMPT Rehab was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The entire team was professional, supportive, and genuinely cared about my recovery every step of the way. I had Nonne and Kenzie for PT. They were very professional and knowledgeable in explaining different exercises and why I am doing them and where it will help me. They had given me a paper copy showing me all the… exercises that I have done so that I can also do them at home as a follow up. I’m trying to make it a part of my everyday routine to keep plantar fasciitis at bay. They were also kind and patient with my progress .

Kenzie, Skylah, and Karisa were amazing and treated me with great care. They were great therapist and even better people! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about this team. From day one, the receptionist has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which always made walking (or rolling) in feel less stressful. My physical… therapist and her assistant went above and beyond for me every single step of the way. I started therapy here in a wheelchair after an incomplete spinal cord injury, and thanks to their dedication and patience, I am now walking with and without AFOs. They were not only knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely supportive, always encouraging me, listening to my concerns, and celebrating every bit of progress with me. This team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and compassion, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing physical therapy. The staff is very patient and listens to what the patient is having problems with!

This is a great place for physical therapy. They give you the right exercises to address the problem area and are always keeping the exercises new and fresh so that every area of the muscles are worked to regain… mobility and strength.

They gave 100% effort in my care at all times. I enjoyed my time with this clinic very much.

After 4 herniated discs and a misaligned S-I joint, Kenzie got me straightened out and strengthened to my previous mobility. I can't recommend AMPT highly enough, good people and stellar results.

I have been going to AMPT since my left knee replacement at the end of January. Jillian and her team are amazing. They are supportive and guide you back to good health and help you regain the use of whatever limb or… muscle needs rehab. I made this review 6 months ago. Since then I had my right knee replaced and the rehab continued and was great under Jillian. She left at the end of the summer and was replaced by Chris. At this time I was diagnosed with lumbar spondylitis, bone on bone vertebrae in my lower back. When I was finishing the rehab with my knee he didn't even speak to me. Then he spent one session evaluating me. After.that he turned me over to his assistants, which I had no problem with. Skylar and Kenzie were great. I was supposed to gt my final evaluation last Friday and when I got there, he came out and said he couldn't see me because he was over booked. My appointment had been on the books since August. Then today I get a call that the rescheduled appointment can't happen because he is overbooked again. Needless to say I will not be going back to this rehab and I will let my Orhopedic Surgeon know how I was treated after the change in therapists. I am very disappointed in the change thay have made. I would now rate them as 2-3 stars.

I came in dealing with a lot of pain from neck herniations, and now I feel like I’m back to my old self again. Everyone was amazing the whole way through—patient, encouraging, and really knew what they were doing. They… explained things in a way that made sense and gave me exercises that actually worked. I always felt like they cared about my progress, not just getting me in and out the door. I’m so thankful for their help—I honestly didn’t think I’d feel this good again! Thank yall so much!!

Jillian is great! She's very friendly and approachable.

Doctors and nurses are very nice and good to me and help me out very well.

I've only had 3 sessions with them so far for my shoulder, but Jillian has been amazing thus far. I'm already going mobility back & am in less pain. I've even been sleeping fairly decently as well. So far I definitely… recommend this place. I will update later once im further in/done.
