Meadows Outpatient Center – Houston Detox and Rehab Services
Meadows Outpatient Center – Houston is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Meadows Outpatient Center – Houston Reviews and Ratings

Although I was a bit skeptical at first, the IOP program was better than expected. I ended up learning so much about myself and skills that I needed. I also really liked the therapist involved throughout my journey. I… also really enjoyed the neurofeedback therapy and therapist. Highly recommend to anyone needing help with their mental health struggles.
A little over a year ago the Meadows helped save my life. I was in a very low place and had no idea where to go or what to do to really find help. I went in feeling hopeless and sure I was beyond help to leaving a… changed person with so much new knowledge about myself and how to effective manage my struggles. It wasn’t easy but everyone there provided so much care and compassion to help me along the way. The program is innovative and offers so many ways to help. I tried everything offered and had some wonderful experiences. Today, I continue to use many of what I learned at the Meadows and my life is so much better because of it.
Coming to The Meadows was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made—but also the best. The team of people truly cared, and listened without judgment to helped me believe in myself again. The support and kindness from… the staff was amazing, I’ll be forever grateful for this place.
Meadows helped me immensely and is a great facility for those looking to start or continue their recovery journey
Wow, what a life changing program. Before entering this program my disabilities and mental health really controlled everything I do. Thanks to this program, I got my life back. I learned to love myself, take… responsibility in managing my mental health, improve relationships, navigate conflict, process trauma, and so much more. EVERY SINGLE provider and team member there is so kind, compassionate, informed, and caring. I did both PHP and IOP and met ALL of my treatment goals, then made more and met those. I feel so much better. My motivation is back. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for changing my life, Meadows. Also as an autistic adult I LOVED the welcome and acceptance from this program. Highly recommend for everyone, neurodivergent individuals as well.
Great program and great therapists!
I highly recommend the Meadows for mental health and trauma treatment. If you are ready to make change in your life, this is the place to be! I participated in their 8 week IOP (intensive outpatient program) for my… trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) I was incredibly apprehensive of group therapy but found the group environment to be empowering and supportive. My therapist, Mylene was very compassionate, energetic, and incredibly keen meaning she was able to support each of us individually while keeping the group on track. The center helped me dive deep into my harmful behaviors and the emotional and traumatic causes of habits, behaviors, and skewed thinking. I appreciated leaving the program with an understanding of my limiting thought patterns and how to redirect them mentally and somatically! The center's curriculum brings a holistic approach including acupuncture, art therapy, and sound therapy. I am much happier and better equipped in my life! I absolutely recommend the Meadows for anyone seeking help with their mental health.
A very understanding and well equipped outpatient center that can treat everything that life will throw at us.
I reached out to this facility as my daughter was feeling lost and had zero ambition, confidence and joy. The staff were all extremely empathetic, compassionate and understanding. They communicated her progress and… identified issues along the way. I noticed significant signs of improvement in her mood after around 4-6 weeks. She is in a much better emotional and mental place and I’ve never seen her so optimistic. I am so glad I found this center and highly recommend it to anyone needing assistance with their mental health.
The Meadows completely transformed me into a better version of myself. I have so many skills I can use in the future thanks to them, I will forever be grateful for them.
Either they hired administrators to pretend to be therapists, or they are therapists reduced to being administrators. Regardless, a lack of understanding, compassion, or trust. E can't even give a smile.
