Mr. Keith is awesome he tells it how it is. He doesn't sugar coat stuff. He has been a great counselor and I enjoy His class. P.s. he is not a weirdo he is a Hero.

All I needed was three or four more classes to finish my program and I had an accident and I wasn't going to class anymore I notified them they said as long as I come back and show the proof I came back and show the… proof of my accident and whatnot and they still had me start all the classes all over again when I had three classes left

This place is complete garbage. They don't explain the rules to you from the first day. They make you pay for not being there before 15 minutes if you arrive at the time (not late), and they also yell at you when… they're eating with your money. Not helpful at all. Look for another place

Sent all the paperwork they needed, said they can't make me an appt in time for my court date, I asked for an email saying the available appt dates so I can show the court, she said she can't do that unless I'm signed… up there and she could give me a card but I have to come in, I said take a picture and email the card? I'm dumber for having participated in that conversation with Monica. Signing up for Jackson Bibby in Redlands. Shouldn't be such a chore to sign up for a program I'm paying for

Quite possibly the rudest office staff members ever. Lady on staff named Monica was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have dealt with this program in the past and they were great. Instructors are top notch . People… are often going through challenging times in thier lives while having to attend these classes. It is a shame to have a staff member be so callous , unempathetic , and simple-minded.

My appointment was at 2:00 I get there and the guy is not there he's at lunch so I go down to the DMV to go get that form that I need from the DMV and I get back just in time by 2:30 and then they said that I'm too late

I take the zoom classes and both Willy and Keith keep us engaged , even though I’m a generally shy person, I became more open and talkative during the sessions, I’ve learned so much and I’m forever grateful! Mental… health is very important to me, never forget Don’t drink and drive or better yet don’t drink at all if you tend to abuse it, may lead to health related issues it affects every organ in your body! Drink your H20 instead take care everyone and May God bless you all.

Had my first zoom group this evening & it was cool. I really like Willy. However, I wasn’t a big fan of the material because I did it in rehab.

Classes get full too fast, only 1 afternoon class per day??? Already signed up for 3 classes and i have yet been able to get approved yet theyre still fining me for a "no show" garbage

I work in the medical marijuana industry. With only 10 classes left I was kicked out for simply smelling like marijuana. It is becoming legal January 1 which means Smelling like that would be no different than smelling… of cigarettes working in a bar all day i’m pretty sure you can’t get kicked out for smelling like cigarettes. They didn’t bother to pick up the phone and call me they let me drive 45 minutes to my class Then he had the nerve to wait till everyone was checked in then called me by a rude play on my name and told me they had mailed me a letter. I’m simply trying to make a living and at licensed facility and the only one who complained it was the counselor. And didn’t bother to lift the phone and let me no he had complained about me and that I was being thrown out. I had pre-paid for the month and they’re keeping my money. Also the counselor leaves for approximately 45 minutes for every class to compile his worksheets Which should be done on his time before class. So we sit in class for approximately one hour of wasted time. I guess I won’t be sitting in his class for any more time.
