Surgeries that aren't even performed in third-world countries! Inhumane treatment! Two consultations with a broken bone, intense pain, seen by more than one doctor and nurses, and it was necessary to go to the public… hospital to detect the refracture.

My assessment is solely based on a lack of empathy and proper medical treatment for my work-related injuries. I have injuries documented by MRI, including a vertical meniscus tear, which is traumatic, and Dr. Miguel… Trigueiros completely distorted the exams, insinuating that the tear was horizontal, in order to avoid liability on the part of the insurance company. The case has already been submitted to the labor court.

I've been going there quite regularly for several years to accompany my father, and I have nothing negative to say. From the reception to the consultations, the team has been impeccable... and it's also very clean.

Excellent! I had surgery at the end of April, stayed 2 nights, and everything went very well. Everyone is very professional and humane; the nurses and doctors are 5*! Especially my surgeon, Professor Dr. João Araújo… Teixeira, and the anesthesiologist who works with him is spectacular! The nurses and nurses too. And the ladies in the kitchen and the assistants. Everyone is super helpful! I recommend it; it was the best decision I made to have surgery at this place. It has a more family-like atmosphere, even though it's a hospital. My thanks to the whole team.

Good… My son was born here! Dr. Delfina and her entire team were impeccable; we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have their little one here. The nursing staff, the ladies, are 5 stars, very patient and… dedicated, thank you! The food left something to be desired, but the room was always very clean. However, the administrative service was poor or terrible; they don't answer the phone, and there was very little empathy in person.

Incredible experience! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about CSB! I had my baby about a month ago and I have to say it was the best place I could have chosen! All the doctors, nurses and assistants were… exceptional with us! Very helpful, caring and kind. The food was also very good, the room super comfortable and clean. I have to give a special thank you to all the nurses, but especially to Nurse Gracinda! I don't even have words to thank her for all the attention, affection and availability in helping me with breastfeeding and caring for my baby! An incredible and very humane professional! Deplorable administrative service, total lack of coordination, and disrespect for the user. Inoperative telephone lines where time is wasted without being attended to. I had to go to the health center in person to… discover that an email from Unilabs changing my appointment had been opened by the services, but completely ignored. The appointment only took place due to my insistence in person. As if that weren't enough, in their response to the formal complaint: They presented unrealistic call times to justify the inefficiency of the service. They seriously violated the GDPR, sending me confidential documentation with clinical and personal data in a reused envelope, torn and sealed with tape. The official document was dated January 2026 for events in July 2026. A health institution, with the values ​​it professes, cannot treat users with this negligence, lack of rigor, and disrespect for privacy. The situation was described in the Complaints Book, on the Complaints Portal, and reported to ERS.

I'm giving only one star because there's no option to give zero stars. I had the worst experience of my life with Dr. Ana Paula Marques. I left the office crying because she didn't let me speak for even a second, and… the few things I managed to say were immediately interrupted or criticized... I absolutely do not recommend going to an endocrinologist at this place. Speaking from the perspective of someone who also works in healthcare and understands how to have empathy, active listening, and understanding with the client/patient, the doctor was the complete opposite; she was the most rude person in communication I've ever encountered in a doctor's office.

Eight years ago, I had my daughter at Casa da Saúde da Boavista, and it was a unique experience. Last week, I had the privilege of returning for the birth of my son, and, as expected, the experience exceeded all my… expectations in a positive way. I want to give a very special thank you to Dr. Maria José Mendes, nurse Carla, and the entire team that assisted with my delivery. I also thank all the nurses for the dedication, patience, care, and professionalism with which they looked after me and my baby throughout our stay. Thank you for making such a special moment even more memorable. I recommend Casa da Saúde da Boavista with complete confidence.

Her high level of competence, rigor, promptness, and empathy were fundamental in securing an urgent consultation and guaranteeing my father's direct admission… to Intensive Care with all the necessary tests properly arranged. I also want to highlight the professionalism and sensitivity of Ana from the Treasury and the exemplary dedication of Nurse Rafael. All administrative coordination and triage operate with absolute rigor in emergency situations. Although the outcome was very painful, the human touch in this institution was a huge comfort. The empathy shown by everyone provides essential support during the most difficult moments. A leading healthcare facility that combines high ethical and medical competence with respect and care for the patient.

I didn't like the consultation with Dr. Pedro Jorge. I paid €80 for the appointment and left feeling humiliated. That doctor wouldn't let my daughter use the children's bathroom. I noticed it was racism, and mind you,… he was recommended to me as one of the best doctors, but that's not what I saw. His actions made me feel humiliated, and I won't be going back there.

I had knee surgery a month ago performed by an excellent team led by Professor Dr. Manuel Gutierrez. The nursing staff, as well as the assistants, proved to be highly competent and professional, coupled with great… kindness. I will recommend this institution to friends and acquaintances. Terrible service at reception for appointments, and, something unprecedented in the services provided, they force you to pay for the appointment before it even takes place. The nuns are going crazy.

On April 2nd, 2026, I entered this space dedicated to Health. The experience was excellent: the Surgeon, Dr. Luís S. Malheiro, the Anesthetist, Dr. Francisca, the Nurses - Sister Ana Cristina, Bárbara, everyone, the… Assistants. The service was impeccable. Throughout the entire process, I felt and observed ethics, morality, and emotion.
