I don't know why they publish contact information if you can't get through to anyone. They might as well just delete the damn phone numbers. A disgrace.

The worst automated telephone service I've ever seen! After 20 minutes on hold listening to a recording that tells me how many minutes are left until I'm answered, I gave up! The indicated minutes vary illogically: "Now… there are only a minute left... and suddenly, there are 4 minutes left, and so on..." In this day and age, this is unacceptable!

As a woman, I found the approach to a simple ECG at this clinic very odd. It did not conform to any standards I'm familiar with on body privacy. Zero respect for dignity. Don't recommend and won't be back.

After waiting 20 minutes listening to a lousy recording that repeatedly states a waiting time they don't meet, I'd like to know what hours they deign to answer the phone. Probably, the doctors who work there need… patients, but to get them, they need to accept appointments.

I've been to this clinic several times and the service inside is 5 stars. But in this case, I waited 16 minutes for them to answer the call, only to be told in the end that they don't have the ophthalmology specialty.… They should update the website, because according to the website it still exists and even has the option to schedule an appointment there. 😔

Fast and effective!

It's unfortunate that a person has to wait 15 minutes to be attended to, to the point of having to hang up. This procedure is incomprehensible.

Terrible. The service was great, but the waiting time is abysmal. The appointment was scheduled for 3 pm and we were only seen 3 hours later. There is no responsibility regarding appointments.
