Crossroads Recovery Center – Dallas Detox and Rehab Services

Crossroads Recovery Center – Dallas is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is extremely disorganized, and it’s no wonder people struggle to get the help they need. They opened 36 minutes late on a Saturday, even though they were scheduled to open… at 9:00 a.m., leaving patients waiting outside. On top of that, staff failed to properly secure the medication bottle, which caused the medication to spill inside the safe box. As a result, I lost an entire day of treatment for my father and now have to return tomorrow just to replace the spilled dose. This level of carelessness and lack of organization is unacceptable.

This place is so welcoming when I needed help at my lowest and felt trapped, Cross Roads showed me help and a perspective to motivation to look at life beautiful again. Feels like family here they actually care and it… doesn’t feel like you’re just a number in the system you feel the love !the counselor Stormie is so caring and goes above and beyond. Townie the nurse is wonderful as well and the doc speaking to him was a breeze and he had no hesitation to make sure you were comfortable with treatment. Just started my journey and more than blessed to have this place apart of my mew life

I’ve remained at this clinic the longest out of the 4 in Dallas I’ve been to, and am so grateful for them, they really played a part in saving my life. I wouldn’t have completed probation successfully without methadone,… and now being pregnant and clean, they’ve been so supportive. I recommend Crossroads if you’re looking for a Dallas clinic, the whole care team really feels like they care and want you to get better, I’ve never felt like a client or ‘just a number’ to them, which is huge in the recovery industry where stigma against addicts in the healthcare system is changing ever so slowly…. 10/10! Not to mention their hours (open til 12p mon-thurs) are extra forgiving for sleepyheads compared to most methadone clinics that close by 9-10am. -Hannah G.

My husband Alberto has been coming to this center for awhile now and I see how they are very professional and caring. They have compassion and treat everyone with much respect. They offer excellent service. My husband… has been doing great since he's been coming here. My husband highly recommends this place if you need a recovery program. He says he feels like he got a second chance at life and is grateful to have found this place. To new beginnings!

The counselors and employees here are like family to me. Methadone is expensive, and after losing my parents to covid they were so supportive. I wasn't sure if I would survive it, it happened so suddenly and I had a… baby not long after, depression kicked my butt and I felt so alone. And they reminded me that they had my back every single week. They mean more to me than I can ever put into words! Miss Townie, My Mayme, Mama Callie, my girl Theresa, And I can't forget Joseph. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
