About Four Oaks Marion – Marion
Four Oaks Marion operates from 4000 U.S. Business Highway 151 in Marion. The site sits in Linn County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Anamosa, Robins and Vinton. Iowa draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Residential treatment and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Four Oaks Marion
Residential treatment and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Four Oaks Marion Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 4000 U.S. Business Highway 151, Marion, IA 52302, in Linn County. The catchment reaches Anamosa, Robins and Vinton. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

I live right next to this place and was sitting outside near the literal forrest when all of a sudden this lady comes and tells me it’s private property and the residents do community service back there and I have to… leave. Doesn’t really sound like my problem honestly sounds like you guys need to get a fence because there is no clear property line for this “private property” you claim. My apartment complex is also private property but there’s been multiple times your residents have come running over there. I’m not a resident im a free citizen and have the right to go outside by my house. You guys seriously need to get a fence or something and tell your employees leave people who aren’t doing anything alone.
I understand that there are several reviews about kids fighting and such, but people should keep in mind why these kids are there in the first place. The staff that we had the opportunity to meet were awesome!! They… truly enjoy what they do with these kids.
Interesting
The staff is dedicated and care deeply about the children who are there. I am grateful this facility exists for my son.
They treat the kids there so wrong and they need to be shut down
Very helpful staff. Appointment moved quickly and smoothly.
Front door intercom is temperamental. Kids get in fights often.
As a parent of a resident.. This is a wonderful structured program if your kid is struggling with making good responsible choices.
