Enjoyed my experiences here everyone is friendly! The counseling can be hard work especially in being held accountable for my actions, which was a hard pill to swallow but it truly helped me have a better life !!

Called on 5/22 and was given 1:30pm today as an appointment for my daughter. They never actually scheduled her and couldn't reschedule her for a month. Horrible first impression. We will not be back.

I have been coming here for years! I receive some of the best care here. My therapist Tiffany has helped me immensely. I’m forever grateful for her. The receptionist staff is always very pleasant and helpful. They truly… care about their clients and helping them. Thank you for all you do! Keep up the great work!

I was a client here a few years ago and at the beginning things went well and I had no complaints. But my final session with my therapist was awful. I won't name who it was but I was absolutely destroyed by what I was… told during my final session there. I won't get into the details of it all but I was basically told that I don't have OCD even though I was diagnosed by several mental health professionals and doctors. He not only invalidated all of my OCD thoughts and obsessions but actually exacerbated them. He directly fed them with his words and because he is a psychologist it has made it that much harder to get over them.

Ive been going to Genesis for several years now. I started with one therapist who had to step down due to family matters. I see Tiffany S now and highly recommend her. I have made such huge progress in the time seeing… her that it's been unbelievable to see where I came from to now. The front desk is awesome as well. Four stars is simply because I know my husband went to see a therapist there who was really awful. Basically if a therapist isn't the right fit, try someone else in the organization. ☺

Tiffany was the worst! She put her personal opinion in the session and wasn't focused on the child's. Got nosey in things she shouldn't and was just awful! Never take your child to her. She doesn't care about children's… mental health, just the parents drama. Plus she was very one sided and not very neutral. Couples beware.

Have been coming to my Family Genesis for 8 or 9 years. 🥰 They have always helped me through Great times and biggest of all the very tough times. Always have one of my biggest lights here ✨️ Therapy that has been rock… solid ever since I walked into there door

My therapist was amazing, the lady at the front desk was awesome, but I fell behind in payments. Tried working with them but was told that money is more important than mental health.

The front desk is fine, the therapists are fine except they seem to quit a lot which really stinks to get to know one and then have to switch and do it all over again, more than once. The bad review though is about… Helen link, when I went in to get my adolescent son some meds his therapist recommended she was rude and acted like it was all my fault somehow. We actually stopped going there because after a few times of being talked to like a dummy I couldn’t take it anymore.

One star is what you get. The ladies at the front desk get 5 stars. The rest of you get minus 6 so your final score is 1.

I went for stress management( caregiver for my spouse) and grief counseling. My therapist never got any of the things I discussed in the correct order. She had the notes all confused and backwards. At the end of the… session it was suggested to me to wait until my spouse PASSED to get more out of therapy. INSENSITIVE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PASS.

I was told they weren’t seeing any new clients, mental health can’t be put on pause.

Friendly Staff. Very informative. Overall nice experience. Felt very comfortable with my counselor.

I adore my therapist I have been with for 2 years. Coming from Crossroads it was like a breath of fresh air, sweet and helpful staff and an amazing therapist. I have had a great experience here.

Reached out to them for help with someone I knew had been having suicidal thoughts. The lady I talked to took both of our phone numbers and said they'd call back. Two days later, and no call back. Apparently they don't… take these kind of situations seriously. If you're feeling thoughts like this, please reach out to another service. You need someone who will care!

I called late on a Thursday evening around 7:00 pm we played phone tag for about 20mins but in the end I received and appointment and a provider. Something when wrong and information was misplaced. The person that made… the difference was Jenn . She took responsible and never gave up discovered with little time the when were and what had happen. Contracted the concerned party. Did her job and develop trust in me . In very pleased .
