HealthRIGHT 360 – Oxnard

I understand I’m not a client, but being told I couldn’t use the vending machine at all felt really unfair. It’s such a small thing, yet it leaves a surprisingly bad impression. Staff even came outside to track me down… just to tell me I wasn’t allowed on the property...! Despite it being a business open to the public. The interaction was rude, unnecessary, and honestly pretty nasty. If this is how they treat regular pedestrians who simply wander in, I can only imagine how they treat their actual clients.

This place SUCKS!!!! My health has not been the same since I got home, last November. It's horrible. A cough for 4 months, so far. I was told there was mold in the dorms. I SO believe it. They need a health inspector… out there. Kim was horrible Chantell wasn't much better. I was treated more like a criminal than a patient.

Seriously u basically get what you pay for and that’s $0 dollars. My sister was there 6 months ago for about 2 weeks. She made me aware how the staff would treat her rudely, they’re recovering addicts themselves and do… NOT know how to be professional. My sister passed away and they had some of her medical papers from when she was released from the hospital, I called to get them and I had this rude lady tell me over the phone to call again and speak to someone else. She sounded like she didn’t want to do her job even though I explained the situation, didn’t give her my sister’s name but yet tells me she doesn’t know she is and to call back. At least have some professionalism and sober ladies that can do their job. Be aware as well girls will be fighting and yelling and the staff lets them be. If you have high anxiety, which my sister did, this is not the place for you.

The staff who are responsible for intake and detox are excellent at what they do and the way they interact with you. Derian is our receptionist, she sets the tone for the front office happy. Once you detox and enter… residential it's a whole other world. Only certain staff know what they are doing and only half of them do their jobs. As far as the higher ups the clinicians are decent Nurse Jen is wonderful along with her nursing staff Billy, Kat, Esme, and Danesha The only ones who are truly there to support you are Ms. Alex Ms. Angela Ms. Nicole Ms. Janeth PC Jen Ms.Jen Long (and she cooks) Ms. Valkyrie and the one and only Ms. Kim. The rest of them make it a difficult and tumultuous experience. You can get clean and sober here but you really have to want it cause it's a lot of favoritism and singling out. The staff does not communicate with each other and you can get a different answer to the same question from all of them. It's a shit show most of the time. It's hard but well worth it if you are serious about your recovery.

The staff is of the main concern. If you’re seeking true help, do not go to Prototypes, run as far away as possible.

Parking for visitors should be improved

Love this place, beautiful acre of magical land, the staff is great, the program is loving and thorough and great classes, the courts love this place if your in trouble! highly recommended! the director Angelic is doing… an amazing job and all her staff is highly qualified! kind, loving , great drug treatment

They helped me detox. It was a beautiful, relaxing place with nice staff. However, I didn't live there, I just stayed the 7 days for detox. Great place! 4 stars 🌟 from me.

I have been in Proto types since February 18, 2019 I'm having a little baby boy May 20, 2019 and Proto types has helped me in ways that no other place has been able to help me before they could use a little help in… certain areas but overall have pretty amazing staff and a great group of women in the house right now. I thank everyone at prototypes for the help they've given me especially my amazing counselor Ginny 🤗 Thanks again prototypes!

This place is a BIG JOKE! Women come and go as they please without drug testing upon re entering. The place hasn’t looked like this in for ever. Totally ran down, weeds knee high for the poor children that are forced to… live there with drug addicted mothers. So totally unfair to the newborns and the other children. Obsured, How anyone would want to attended this dump and why the state hasn’t closed it down.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, WONDA, ONE OF THE COUNCILLORS, IS RACIST AND UN PROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. SHE IS A EX CON AND IS IN A POSITION TO HELP WOMAN WHO NEED HELP BUT IS JUST DESTROYING THE PLACE. WONDA NEEDS TO BE… FIRED!!
