One of the clinicians helped me through a lot since I had relationship issues with a family member even though I still have issues with him they made it less intimidating and scary for me and provided me with some… coping mechanisms and encouraged me to write in my diary whenever I feel scared and told me things I can do.However I would give the review a full 5 stars if the sessions were much longer and brief, also if they gave more sessions because I still find it hard to cope with that family member and they recommended me family therapy at the last session
