They don’t tell you when they’re closed or open. The hours and days switch. Yesterdqy was my refill date but they were closed because of Thanksgiving. I figured I could make it until the next day. I call today to get my… refill and the office is closed because nobody is answering the phone. I wasn’t told they would be closed for Black Friday.. This is awful also the website doesn’t work to show the office hours today. I live 1 hr 15 mins away from the office.

I was a patient at lifeline for roughly a year. I have been in maintenance therapy for 10 or more I am a woman. Initially was very pleased with the program after my first appointment I was switched to another physician… a gentleman and then placed with Jenny a nurse practitioner under him. It's my observation that Derek is in some sort of management there, there is a lot of money to be made, these controlled substances can be used to control people and feel power. If you're looking for a true recovery path that's wholesome and authentic this isn't the place you need to go.
My first visit today and I can honestly say that I'm more than impressed. I'm overly joyful that there is such a place that shows so much care and compassion. I was very anxious and overwhelmed but from walking in the… door I felt the staff was gonna make sure my needs were met. Trish is amazing and Hannon is as well. They make you feel deserving of care and that's hard to find. I am so very thankful to have found this place. Thank you is all I can say for giving me hope and self worth.
