Our daughter sees someone here who specializes in children and uses play therapy. It’s one of her favorite times of the week when she gets to go to counseling. We also see another provider here to help us with parenting… challenges for a neuro-divergent child. It’s super helpful. And the two counselors also work together to benefit all of us.

We’ve been with services of hope for years, always been a great experience with friendly staff.

These therapy sessions are bs . I’m doing this for probation and these people act like they are licensed doctors and they jus volunteers with expierence .. these people jus try to get into ur personal business but have… no skill set . If u call to speak with ur therapist, you can’t speak to them direct u gotta go thru five different people and messages jus to be able to speak to ur therapist.. literally they act like they have a degree in the medical field and they don’t . It’s all a scam . Getting paid top dollar n they never went to school for counseling!!!! This place is a joke and a scam ! Don’t bother to respond back don’t care tht u like my feed back.

They had no problem taking my money, but there is a problem getting answers and getting things done, I started this venture on September 11th and still haven't received anything, I sent them mail twice and mysterious… they have not received it. What's going on???

Arrived 15 min prior to first appt. Sat in lobby at address with a reception window and a large sign stating Services of Hope Counseling with phone #. So thought we were there. Security cameras all over so SOMEONE knew… we were there. Called # after waiting 30 min heard it ring from otherside of reception window but no one answered. After 45 min someone finally came out and after I asked she rudley told me I went to the wrong place and needed to reschedule. Can't get in for another. month now. Receptionist was not very helpful and could use some training on customer service and dealing with people with mental health issues!!!! Very disappointing and will not be returning!!!!

Called 7/18 to set up a counseling appointment, was told that was only possible if I had been a patient in the past. Which i WAS. Not only was the woman on the phone unhelpful she sounded intoxicated… also never heard… back… mayeb she forgot ? 🍻

Rude, don’t fill out insurance forms on time, never call back, lack of systematic informations essential to running the business

Carmel Mckentry is a terrible therapist. She allows kids to be abused and helps the abuser. The therapy sessions are a joke. She guides the answers. Don't let her near your kid.

The work with my kids for behavioral and emotional problems. They are wonderful with the kids and us as parents helping us learn what helps and what to to better. There is no other place I would take them
