After calling PsyNot about an acute, temporary crisis, I was referred to this institution via email so I could receive specialist medical advice. I didn't receive this advice, but instead was told to go immediately to… the LSF emergency room to be "medicated." Ultimately, the pharmacist next door was helpful; she researched an alternative medical solution for me, and the woman from PsyNot was. She listened to me for a long time and gave me valuable "medication-free" tips. Many thanks to both of them. Unfortunately, the psychosocial counseling center was of no help to me.
In my opinion, it's useless!
As a teenager, I would give it 5 stars. But when I was 18 and needed something, I was discriminated against by a psychotherapist.
I've had disastrous experiences with this institution. How anyone can call these people competent is beyond me. A bunch of platitudes and absurd beliefs are among the tools used to perpetrate structural violence here.… Probably on behalf of my (influential), violent ex-husband. My son's character, of whom I was so proud, has been severely damaged thanks to Mr. Strohriegel.
The staff are all very friendly and competent! Especially Dr. Gottschling.
