I'm so upset with this agency. They are referred by Cares line to help our community with mental health needs for our youth. The intake was done, therapist was supposed to call back for a follow up, but it's been more… than a week and they leave me hanging. I called her line and she doesn't even return calls. She seems to not care, which is saddens me that this is why our society is failing, no communication, no response, no follow up. How are agencies like this still running? Why is this therapist in this job if she doesn't seem to care?
