They take care of my needs and provide resources when requested!
This VA clinic has been incredible for me. Every employee and physician are informative and incredibly nice. They are also thorough and communicate well. In the parking lot they were giving food to people in need as… well as medicine to help with addiction. I am very impressed!
My psychiatrist is great! She is always on top of everything. My new primary care provider has dropped the ball. I’ve been trying to get my prescriptions refilled with no results. Today, I’ve been waiting for 2 hours… for my phone visit. The nurse doesn’t comprehend my need for my prescription which has expired. I’ve lost all faith in the VA
In and out fast and easy
Very friendly and respectful doctors, nurses and staff. Difficult getting an appointment in a reasonable period of time; oftentimes 30-day minimum.
This place has forgotten the reason they have a job. You have your jobs because of our veterans you should respect them. Dr Aurora I want to know why you didn’t schedule a follow up appointment after my dad’s surgery? I… want to know why his out cries where ignored? I also want to know why you did not come out on Weds to see my dad. He was in your waiting area for a hour having a stroke. If yall would have simply cared for your job and would have made a follow up appointment or just simply stepped out to see my dad while he was in your waiting area. This could have been prevented. This office needs to be better and I will make sure no veterans get treated by this office the way my dad has been treated. Remember without our veterans you could not live freely the way you do. Yall need to learn the true meaning of respect and remember this could be one of yalls parents. Yall should be very ashamed of yourselves.
I gave this place one star because I was going to give it zero because he wouldn't let me post my thing I stayed on the phone today trying to talk to operator for 45 minutes nobody answered the phone I was in dialysis… at the time I finish up my dialysis and nobody's still answered the phone this place is pathetic
terrible
Been coming here for several years and have always had great service Most VA facilities get bad reviews because the federal government sucks at common sense and efficiency. The civil service system is also terrible. The… result sometimes means understaffed facilities and bad attitudes from those that do work there. The Texas City facility is understaffed and has poor facilities, but everyone I've encountered there has been nice and very professional. To me, they are an example of how federal civil service employees should be.
I absolutely 💯 ♥️ this place they saved my life so I'm forever indebted to them. There's this Indian lady don't know her name she always have her name tag on backwards 😆 but she's the sweetest 💗 person ever. Always in a… great mood 😌 ☺️ Thank you guys for everything ❤️
It’s the VA clinic.
One of the better clinics I've been to
Understaffed with office people that don't care , you have to check in and they act like they are doing you a favor to check you in.
Just moved here from Fl. Had some tests scheduled here and they were all great. Reception, xray and eye tester.. and I was in and out quickly
I have tried for 2 days to make an appointment at the Texas City VA clinic. I waited 45 minutes yesterday and no one answered. Today I waited 35 minutes until an operator answered and said the clinic closed 5 minutes… ago. I told her I called at 4:05 pm. She said she’d put me through to scheduling. I got a voice answering system saying my call would be answered in 17 minutes, 25 minutes later it hung up on me. I think the doctored there care, the administration personnel could care less as long as they get their paycheck!
It's really ridiculous to call 4 days in a row, and to wait 20 plus minutes everyday, and all to no avail. Not a single person picked up the phone. You cannot tell me that all those people behind the counter are busy.… I've never gone in there, and seen everyone completely busy and unable to answer a phone. Such garage. If they suck at their job, fire them. Hire people who give a damn.
Very helpful and very good care
I made an appointment over a month ago. My "Dr" decides to call out on my appointment day and now I have to wait another month to be seen. Do better VA. Treat your veterans better than this.
Always have complications getting an appointment with Va Physicians constantly have to change providers to get the care that I need a nurse always calls you can never make an appointment to see the doctor they tell you… to go somewhere else always this is the worse clinic in the world they never answer the phone also I walked in the on March 20th 2025 after being on a call for them to pick up the phone the MSA were on their phones looking at pictures how horrible is this they need new staff at this clinic they don’t give a dam about VETERANS
They lost my husband's test results for the second time called to tell us that he has to get his tests done AGAIN for the 3rd time because they are irresponsible. How does this place still run? It's like they do not… care about him at this point or anyone for this matter the way the ladys treat these men when i walk in here with my husband is wrong. Physically or mentally. He has given up on going for therapy due to the doctors here forgetting about his appointments SEVERAL times. They forget everything to where your loved one can't get taken care of properly this place really needs help or new management asap before another life is on their hands!!!!!
