I am very pleased with twc. It is hard but it is worth it. Thank you twc for saving my life.
So this was the worst rehab I have ever been to. Besides lifeway's. The head counselor is one of the worst people I have met in my entire life, the nurse who gives out meds was so rude and disrespectful. They treat… they're clients like garbage. There program itself is so bad I was in awe of what it was. The people who run the program basically just watch the kids there , there are no activities due to short staffing and budget cuts , they are illegally cutting budgets to keep extra money for themselves. They are illegally making there clients do work around the facility ( illegal work ) that the write off as part of the program. The counselors are terrible people especially Josie who is there head counselor and no one likes, and if she doesn't like you she will hold you back in the program until she figures out how to kick you out. The board there is literally made up of 4 people including the head counselor , the CEO and the worst program director you will ever meet. Avoid this horrible program like the plague , they made my life hell by psychologically abusing me until I didn't want to be there and then they kicked me out, all because they didn't like me. If I had money I would sue for discrimination, emotional abuse and all the stuff they're doing illegally for money like serving expired food. There cook Cathy will lie and make up things to tell the head staff if she doesn't like you. Do not go to this program, it will not get you sober.
I don't know how this god awful rehab has such a high rating. They're program is horrible , the staff is HORRIBLE and they pick favorites. If you aren't from Klamath falls they don't treat you differently , it's a… nepotism at its finest. They really messed up my recovery and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. And they're trying to expand ! Hah!! Me and my peers had a big laugh at that one when I was there... not to mention they were under staffed and didn't have money for activities because they're were using that money to build a new place..
They have bed bugs!! And treat the clients without any regard. If it was possible to givev0 stars I would.
Addicts! This place WILL transform you! Into an even bigger addict! The lack of humanity and compassion will drain your very soul until you either just give up, or pretend to be better so you can leave and numvb… yourself. HELL is better. The place might as well be called Figure-it-out cause the staff is less help than a double amputee working as a waiter. Go to BestCare for an actually path to recovery.
