The parking lot at this hospital is terrible, besides being absurdly expensive. I had the misfortune of parking there, and my car was completely scratched due to the poor conditions of the parking lot. The parking… spaces are ridiculously small, and there's no way for two cars to pass in the aisle to park. This parking lot is absolutely ridiculous!! It's shameful that a hospital of this caliber charges the prices they do for parking and, on top of that, has such horrible conditions!
Honestly best hospital on earth. Clean place good staff amazing doctors and cheap. Also if yo take a blood test you get free breakfast at their bar.
Below post has been updated since new events took place after my review Excellent doctors but poor administration services so make sure you don't need follow up services and all your fees are paid before you leave the… hospital as it will frustrate you. We called to make appointment in Portuguese, they randomly marked the date and time in the system so we ended up going on the wrong date and they refused to see us. It took us 5 days to reach their accounts team - twice a day, each time holding for 90 mins. In the end, we had to go back to the hospital to settle everything in person but the staff was helpful there at the reception counter and it was settled without issue.

Very good hospital network, I like it very much, I always receive excellent care.
There are always huge queues at reception compared to other hospitals in the Trofa Saúde area in Braga. The wait in line to be admitted takes much longer than the consultation itself. Generally, the doctors have little… experience.
