Shitty staff I came in because I was having a crisis and instead of helping me camy idk if that’s how you spell her name became hostile what I told her in private was nothing illegal and she took it upon herself to tell… all her coworkers what I said. They made me leave and I went into full blown psychos I was put on a 5 day hold. Everytime I came in afterwords the male staff at the front desk and cammy glared and make stupid remarks like “she’s a mandated reporter” Gerald says it every time he sees me. On top of that the supervisor for the therapists Lisa told me I smelled like shit and to find a scent I like she said boy girl it doesn’t matter then told me how I’m supposed to wipe my ass from front to back. She’s Samoan. She called me in her office and told me she evaluated me and said I have bipolar disorder. I was referred to their Fsp program and my therapist David told me I don’t have bipolar but have schizoaffective disorder the depressive type. Lisa also told me that her boss has cameras pointed at her and she’s watched by her boss which was a lie my Fsp program told me they have no type of cameras in the offices besides the ones outside. I have had a better experience at their Fsp program

I took my daughter to get a quick refill for her antidepressant meds and we were the first people here to get checked in, the staff at the counter was dressed unprofessional like as if they just got out of bed. Update:… Me and my daughter have been here for almost 10 hours now, my daughter keeps asking the staff how much longer and they just say “we don’t know yet”. We’re hungry and thirsty and apparently they’re water got cut off and they’re more worried about the water more than the patients, I’m disgusted in this place, I swear this is the longest wait I’ve ever waited in my 34 years of living holy , the name crisis should be changed cause my life is going to become a crisis if I keep waiting , yet I say if your thinking of bringing anybody here or yourself it’s not worth the wait.

I had some anxiety issues that came on suddenly thank God for this clinic because I don’t know what I would have done. I couldn’t get into any doctors. It would help me with this issue and they were there until I didn’t… need them anymore. Every Employee that helped me along my way were so kind showed me respect and that was important To me to not Feel Judged

I went to get evaluated they couldn’t help me because their psychiatrist had already left.. most of the staff was very helpful and kind but this one woman that worked there was so rude she rolled her eyes and snapped… her neck at me and made me feel like I was bothering her when all I did was ask for resources.. she didn’t tell me her name but she had a d necklace on.. I’m so disappointed all I did was ask for help

I’m incredibly disappointed. I brought my friend to this crisis center to ask for resources on how to get medication. Three people came to the door and two of them were very kind and sweet. But the darker skinned lady… with a “D” necklace and blonde twists was so mean to my friend. She was vulnerable and talked about her condition and the blonde lady with a lot of attitude just said “well what do you want.” “Why are you here.” And it’s not the question it’s the attitude as if we were wasting her time or annoying her. She was rolling her eyes and nodding her head like she just wanted us to go away The man Jared even tried to deflect her attitude and asked my friend her name and if she was okay and let her know that at this time there’s no doctor but she can come back tomorrow. But the way the lady spoke to my friend made her cry when we got in the car. I can’t imagine how I would feel if I didn’t have someone here to support me if this happened to me alone. That is no way someone who has the bravery to seek help and reach out should be spoken to. I really hope there’s consequences, maybe she needs to be retrained. Or needs days off I don’t know but she should not be working in this field if she doesn’t know how to be kind and compassionate.

I have been here twice. I dread going back because each time takes me at least 6 hours. Someone with severe depression cannot commit to a movie right now, let alone trying to better myself by sitting there for six… hours. The first time, I had the nurse Evelyn. Unprofessional, was texting on her phone while asking me intake questions.. and was offering health advise that didn’t have mental health in mind at all. like i was there for a physical… RUDE and unnecessary. The second time i went, I got the nurse Jeanette! She is great :). What sucks is I literally need a refill on medication but cannot go back because it takes soooooo long :( I understand it’s a walk in but SIX hours? at least? insane

Hi, I am a client at the STARS Community Crisis Center in Victorville. During my most recent visit on 8/18/25, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Toni is outstanding! She was so friendly and helpful and worked hard to… find my MediCal information so that I could refill my prescription. I highly recommend anyone with mental health issues to visit Ms. Toni and get help right away. She is the best, and even made me a lunch with water as I waited to see the doctor. Thank you and God Bless your organization.

I am not the type to make a review but it was my first time coming here and I met with the therapist Kammy and I have never met someone so kind who listened to me like she did… I have never met a therapist or a stranger… who cared about me like she has when she just met me for the first time. Their are not a lot of people like her in this world so thank you for making me want to stay around and keep going and for your words. 5 stars I recommend the crisis walk in center.

I have to say thank you so much to Tiffany and it’s one more person. I will leave another review for she helped me and My son and Family so much with My son with his mental issue. He needed extra support help and… someone who cares he had to stay overnight and she got him a blanket. She made sure he was good and put a smile on his face and thank you to the staff as well for your patience… Thank you so much You will be blessed.

Came here to pick a client to transport them to another placement. The staff here was super nice. So very friendly and caring. You can hear the kindness in their voices as they talk to the clients. Even though I was not… a client, they made me feel comfortable and had me smile while I waited. Thank you for being kind, caring, and accepting to those who need the help. Reyne, DBH GSW II

You see a few disgruntled reviews for this place sadly from people who don't realize they can only do so much with what they got. I was there yesterday and came in at twelve and got out around 6:30 because they were… packed fuller than any term I can make up. Despite that, I had pretty much all the employees apologize to me for the wait and for being patient (on me, not them) I didn't make an appointment and just walked in, so I knew waiting was something I had to do. I needed them and they were there for me even though they had one hell of a workload. They even have snacks for everyone so while people might not think it, they go very out of their way to help everyone who comes in despite a full house or not. Every single one of those workers cares a lot and wants to help those who are in search of it. Thank you for being there, and for anyone else who needs help and is looking for a place that actually cares. This is the one you are looking for.

‼️ THEY DELETED LAST REVIEW ‼️ Really disgusted and turned away from this place or ever trying therapy ever again. The therapist i had, Imelda I believe, was very rude and extremely unprofessional. To judge and tell a… depressed client to GET A LIFE AND GROW UP IS NOT THERAPEUTIC. THREATED that the cops would come take me away if I left and that I’d get 51/50ed. I had never been more scared in my life, i first went in to get medicine and was told that it wouldn’t happen that day but i can come back the next day. i stayed to talk to someone because i needed to tell someone professional about how i felt. EVERYTHING i said to this lady was used against me. You guys really need to start looking into who your hiring because this therapist has scarred me I don’t think ill ever be able to talk to anyone ever again. PS. Marijuana is legal now! Please get that through your therapists heads. If I don’t want to quit, I don’t need to. It is a personal choice. This therapist was FORCING me to quit. Excellent choice on hiring valley star!
