Aegis Treatment Centers LLC – Hesperia

I had brought a family member at Aegis Treatment Centers some time ago and at first my experience felt very troubling, riddled with anxiousness and uncertainty. However, both Jean (executive director) and Briel… (assistant director) were truly exceptional, taking the time to thoroughly explain to me management strategies and treatment timelines for my family member and I left Aegis feeling far more comfortable with the situation. My family member is doing well and I am glad I chose this center!

All the staff at Aegis were wonderful! I came to support a friend and as an outsider looking in the atmosphere was very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were really sweet and both Briel and Jean were very polite… and professional. Shoutout to all the lovely people who work there, what you do means more than you!

I love the dispensary ladies always positive! Friendly helpful always there to listen Love those ladies! I do hope in the future aegis hires more nurses to help! Those ladies are amazing. They deal with so much and some… of the patients can't be easy LOL. I am truly thankful for aegis treatment center. It has helped me in ways that I cannot explain!!

I've been going to this clinic for quite a few years and want to say that the staff that they have now are entirely professional, yet warm, caring and friendly. April has been exceptionally kind and supportive. I went… through an unnecessary hard time recently and she made sure I was okay every time I came in and even offered help and all the documents I needed to make it through the ordeal I went through. I'm so grateful for her. Jen, I am extremely appreciative of as well and she has been at this clinic for a long while and I totally see why. Both her and April are so so kind and go above and beyond in their work. I really hope that they are both noticed for their passion and love for their jobs. Briel is my counselor, and has been my counselor even before she became apart of the management team. Briel is beyond amazing as a counselor and just a person in general and this clinic is so blessed to have her. I just know she's brilliant at everything she does inside and out of this place. She has made me feel so understood, and she has been an inspiring role model that I can look up to. Everytime I talk with her I'm able to process so much and I've been able to explore so many parts of my past and inner feelings free from judgement. She's a person who can connect with just about anyone she certainly has that interconnect which makes her so caring and understanding of others. These three staff members have made a big impact on my life and I can't recommend this clinic enough mostly due to their amazing work! My one note is that the dosing nurses seem a little short staffed. I know it can be really hard on them because the clinic is so busy and if only one of them is back there that sounds like a lot of pressure, because they truly care about getting all their patients their medication as quickly as they can. Oh also how could I forget, Janet and Simone (I know that she went somewhere else already) they are always so quick and kind while getting everyone's medication to them including mine. This is deeply appreciated and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart!

The over 2 years I’ve been coming here Mrs April, Jean and my counselor Brielle have been the best part about this place, I look forward to seeing all 3 of them when I come in bi-weekly will always think highly of them!

Aegis treatment center saved my life in so many different ways, from day one that I started my sober living journey at aegis my life has changed in such a positive way. At aegis they work with you at your own pace there… is no rush toward your treatment they make treatment as comfortable as they can for you. The staff there is amazing from the moment you walk through those doors you feel so welcomed they are so nice and so encouraging very attentive and helpful towards your sobriety. The nurses there are also very helpful and encouraging. The counselors there are amazing they are very attentive and so encouraging towards your treatment they as well make you feel welcomed they work with you while still pushing you and encouraging you in staying sober. They are very resourceful and helpful in many ways for you to stay sober. Thanks to aegis I'm still alive, I didn't lose myself, I didn't lose my family and it gave me second chance to do things the right way so thank you aegis for saving my life.

I've actually been coming here since 2013. I've never had a bad experience and there is also a clinic here in Barstow now. If you have any kind of Opiate addiction and need help, please come to the clinic. Weither it's… from a prescription or street drug you can find the help you need. They have counseling to give you someone to talk to and they have tons of groups you can go to if you want. They always have something special for the holidays and at Thanksgiving and Christmas they always serve a nice meal at the Hesperia location. I've seen where they have given clothing away. I know that the Hesperia location has had a dental RV come and give people free dental. You don't have to live with an addiction. It gets old chasing drugs and living that type of life. I hope my review will lead someone to get the help they need. Even if I only reach 1 person with my review it would make me happy that someone cares enough about themselves to seek the help they need.I read a lot of negative reviews here and they are all from years ago. We have a great director at the clinic now and he has made sure that everything is run properly and the staff is kind and helpful to the client's. Of course there are some rules that need to be followed but it's a Methadone clinic and I get it. If you stay clean you will get take home bottles so you don't have to go everyday. I get 27 take homes now and only have to pick up my Methadone once a month. I do my counseling over tbe phone since I live in Barstow and the main clinic is in Hesperia. I've NEVER been one to follow bad reviews. I like to check things out for myself. You never know about the person making a bad review. Just like when people talk negative about a person I pay no mind and will usually ask the person being talked about what going on...2 sides to every story! Blessings 🙌 Suzzee

I been going to that clinic for a while now and the people there are not to bad they always try to be nice to me. That director they got now they say his name is Jean is really respetful. He really take time to help me… understand things since I been going there because of those people there I do have hope things can finaly turn around for me.

Amazing staff! I went with my friend to be dropped off for admission. The director Jean was so helpful and professional. Everything went very smooth! Really appreciate you guys!

April is Very professional and she cares so much about all the patients and my wife is in a well chair she helps with the doors and everything she goes above and beyond of what her job requires. The rest of the staff… are also very nice. Thank you for being a great care team. 😁

I bring my mom here everyday and April is the most uplifting person, her kindness and positive energy can change any bad mood and is just joy to come in contact with.

I would recommend AEGIS TREATMENT CENTER for anyone who is suffering with addiction . I would like to say that........ April she is a R.N. working the front desk at AEGIS is professional and if any patient needs help… like myself and countless other's that have disabilities she'll help them with a smile . He always treated me with respect and took the time to listen when I needed support. His… professionalism and genuine concern made a difficult process feel a lot easier. I truly appreciate everything Jean and the staff have done and would recommend Aegis to anyone looking for compassionate and supportive care.

This place really and truly saved my life. But also It changed how I view myself and those who have suffered from addiction. Because people Like April and My councilor Jenny whos always kind and treats patience like… they are so important, Like they Matter. Theres another review here talking about not feeling rushed I know exactly what they mean. Thats so so true. Thanks to Executive Director Jean hes made this place feel safe again. Frfr. Hes amazing at what he does, without him it wouldnt be what it is right now. Before he got there... Well it wasnt Great at all. Of course nothing is perfect but The people who work there now do their damn best to try and make it as perfect as they can. That says alot to me. 🫶🏾

I've been coming here for over 6 years and the wait time is the fastest it's been since I've been here. The staff is friendly and know basically everybody on a first name basis and the director is the best one we have… had in the last 6 years he also takes the time to get to know and remember your name and ask how you're doing. He is active and involved and he seems like he genuinely cares. They all work with you to get your needs met whatever the problem may be. The weekends are slow sometimes because of only having 1 nurse occasionally but that would be my only complaint. Service is great and the staff out excellent as well.

I recently transferred my maintenance program from out of state, stressing the process and worrying about a gap opening in my treatment. The first staff member to make my acquaintance was Monique. And let me tell you,… there's something Unique about Monique. Was it the smile, warm and friendly? Was it her comprehensive knowledge and ability to answer all my questions and set me at ease? Or maybe it was her general aura of centered peace, confirming a kindred child of God had been sent to relax my worried mind. I think it was all these things, and I know I appreciated her attention and action. So many that go into social work come across jaded, tired, bothered almost...Monique was vibrant, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thank you girl, really!

She comes everyday ready looking like she ready to work and have a great day always give me the best energy!!

Unorganized as hell

April and Cory have been tremendous helpful. April has been very helpful, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Cory has been an amazing counselor, easy to talk to, interesting and relatable life… stories. If you need help then I highly recommend this facility

Hi Iam a patient at AEIGIS treatment centers and I just wanted to say that the staff are very polite and caring to each and every one of my needs , and Mr Jean has been a great leader and a great role model for each and… every one of that attends the program . Any issue that has came up I just bring it to Mr jeans attention and he is super helpful in resolving it right there on the spot so I just wanted to give him my blessings and to the whole staff I send my upmost love and respect 😇

This place has literally saved my life. I’ve been clean since the moment I stepped foot in their door thanks to their treatment plans. The staff is amazing! April is one of my favorite front desk ladies. She’s always… welcoming and never profiles the patients here ❤️ the executive director (Jean Pierre) is also amazing. He always takes the time to come out of his office to greet his patients! Always asking how we are doing on a personal level, and Always available when needed!! Overall just always in good spirits when leaving this clinic. If you’re looking to take control of your life, this clinic is for you!

April (front desk) is one of THEE hardest working employees. She’s ALWAYS smiles, ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS on time to open the clinic doors and if you have a question or concern she has always made sure to follow… thru with whatever request or question you have. There’s been moments where I was scared to relapse and I’d call the clinic and tell April I need help, she would drop everything (for anyone) to get me in contact with my counselor and Jean. She’s noticed if I’m having bad days and asked if there was anything she could do to get me help. Overall I really appreciate April's dedication to this company and have so much respect for how caring and hard working she is Now for Jean….. dun dun dunnnnn he is absolutely amazing, he is always smiling and engaging with so many patients. Very professional. Everytime he walks in he’s all smiles and filled with energy. He too has dropped everything to get me the help I needed a while back, there was no judgement and that was a great feeling. He’s easy to talk to and lights up the room. Even tho Jean is all smiles he knows how to read a room, stay focused and be very very professional. He was definitely an amazing addition to the team. When he first started a couple years ago I liked him immediately, and when I first met April a few years ago I really liked her too they’re both easy people to talk too and very caring. Never felt judged by either of them

Short and sweet and here goes. I think there are a few employees that really have made me feel so much more comfortable. Jennifer in the front where u check in has from day 1 been so mindful of my handicap. She always… opens the doors for me coming and going and she’s such a sweet person. If I was her age she would be someone I would’ve wanted to be best friends with. She just makes u feel so ok and I appreciate her so much! The LVN’s in the dosing room that I have come to know are equally as awesome! Jessica is very caring and kind. She also is always opening doors for me and I often ask for her opinion of I’m having a difficultly. I ask her bcuz I know I can trust her. Then there’s Janet whom is another favorite bcuz she’s always been so knowledgeable and helped me many times w/o complaint. She’s kind and I know that I can trust her as well. Meghan and Toni are the newest, but they both have been so patient and kind w/me when I lost my patience a couple times over stupid stuff. I can see that now, but at the time it didn’t seem so stupid. Anyways they fit in super quick and I hope they stay for a long time. I know who Simone is and she’s helped me a few times, but I don’t think I come when she’s there anymore, but the few times she was my LVN at the dosing window she was super nice and I remember she was funny. The only semi-negative thing I have to say about Aegis Hesperia is the fact that I had a really good counselor (Susyee) and after like 2 years u switched me 3 times. I do like the counselor I have now (Charles) though and I feel comfortable confiding in him, but I think I drive him nuts with all my stories from when I was young. When my Chihuahua “Chica” who was 16yrs. old went to Heaven, Charles was so kind and understanding. He gave me the time I needed to try to be ok. Thank u✝️😇🌟✌️
