Local caseworkers and… supervisors, specifically caseworker Heather and supervisor Sandra, are actively covering up objective medical records and suppressing direct child disclosures regarding physical trauma and severe safety hazards inside their assigned placement.Instead of acting as mandated reporters, Heather and Sandra have text-gaslighted the family and implemented a complete communications blackout—arbitrarily canceling mandatory, scheduled phone calls and video contact with minor children without warning or any signed court orders. This branch has allowed toddlers to be left unsupervised in hazardous, high-risk environments while ignoring a paper trail of urgent care head injuries and extreme safety threats.They prioritize corporate liability over child welfare. I have officially escalated the systemic failures and non-compliance of Heather and Sandra directly to the state licensing board, the corporate compliance office, and the Children's Ombudsman for a full investigation. But my escalation does not change the blatant facts. I wouldn’t even trust these women to be in charge of a baked potato- let alone trusting them with the lives of vulnerable children . 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
