New facility and waiting times are minimal.
Service today was great, didn't have to wait very long and the staff were excellent
One of the admin assistant/possibly an admin manager was very rude and demanding money when I've told her that I've already started playing $5 and her voice was very loud and I was incredibly embarrassed when there were… patients in the waiting room. Zero empathy and compassion and other staff members were shocked by her attitude. I ended up leaving in tears and never got to see my work cover Doctor.
