I had an exam scheduled for July 23rd, 2026, and I spent the entire day in the emergency room. On Monday I tried to reschedule the exam or get some information on how to proceed, and I've been on hold for 30 minutes!!… Today is Tuesday, I started early this morning and still nothing! I'm outraged!!
Great establishment and good workers.
We cannot be beautiful without suffering. I had the privilege of meeting countless people who saved me with their help, starting with the patients and the simple doorman, passing through the doctors, nurses, etc... if… it worked for me, it works for anyone. My compliments to the entire São João de Deus health center.
Excellent professionals, the best, may God always protect them so that together they can continue the extraordinary work they do, to whom I am grateful for all the good they do for those who need it so much, caring for… and giving affection. Thank you for everything.
The mental health system functions very poorly. But, from my experience with this institution, it was horrible, the worst thing that can happen, both for the patient and for the family. Very depressing.
