Service lacking empathy, responsibility, or rigor. Serious failure with a minor. The experience with this mental health service was unacceptable. At no point were the child's well-being or mental health prioritized.… There was a serious omission of the duty of care. For a place that should be a welcoming and protective space, the performance was negligent. I do not recommend it to any family seeking serious and humane care for their children.

I do not recommend it. Before being admitted, I was given an Apiprazole injection, under the supervision of Dr. Ana Pinto, to which I had an adverse reaction, as I was told in one of the emergency rooms I had to go to.… I had to go to the Santa Catarina Health Center to be able to sleep again. They gave me medication that increases the patient's appetite and adds weight, without informing me of this; the facilities do not have a functioning gym; the food is served in excessive abundance and without any real alternative for someone with Crohn's disease. In the end, a nutritionist told me that I would have to "get used to the body of a 40-year-old," "see it as pre-menopause," and I paid for this little gem as if it were a consultation!... No nutritional advice to combat excess weight in the future, nor supplements or physical exercise... This health establishment was also going to charge me for medication that I already had with me and had proof of... I am still weaning myself off the medication prescribed at this institution and dealing with the frustration and sadness of weight gain. The weaning off of the medication is now being done under the supervision of the Santo António Hospital. Other consequences of the medication include: sore lips and lack of menstruation! Furthermore, the Apiprazole injection was very rushed. Three professionals came to my house and briefly discussed the injection, saying I would have another appointment with Dr. Ana Pinto. That appointment never happened; two professionals, without further ado, gave me the injection as if I had no rights or conscience, in a very cunning way. Who do I find upon discharge from the Santa Catarina Health Center? Dr. Ana Pinto, who also works or worked at the Psychiatry unit in Gondomar. Just because the medication makes us feel bad and worse with it doesn't mean we "refuse treatment," it means that perhaps it would be a good idea to review the medication given and to whom… Something that the doctor seems not to understand… As a consequence, I have had and still have difficulty distracting myself or concentrating on various things. I have to resort to psychotherapy and psychiatry at the Santo António Hospital. António. The Santa Catarina Nursing Home might be better suited as a residence, with inflated prices, for elderly people and other patients already on medication; I wouldn't recommend it for more serious and sensitive issues.

I had a very positive experience at Casa de Saúde Santa Catarina, in Porto. The conditions are excellent, with well-maintained, clean and comfortable facilities, which makes all the difference at a more delicate time. I… especially want to highlight the friendliness and availability of the entire team. From the healthcare professionals to the rest of the staff, everyone demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention and humanity in their care. I always felt treated with respect, care and competence. It is reassuring to know that such institutions exist, where the well-being of patients is clearly a priority. Without a doubt, a benchmark. I fully recommend it.

From reception, nurses, assistants, kitchen, cleaning and friendliness, nothing to complain about. Very good conditions, even in terms of hospitalization, always clean and nothing lacking. Dr. João Marques is top-notch.… It's not cheap, that's a fact, but efficiency and health are priceless.

The reception staff were almost always very unfriendly. For the second time, the doctor arrived more than an hour late, and the receptionists didn't even apologize or offer a reason.

Excellent service, with competent and very attentive professionals. Clean and organized environment that conveys safety and care. Doctors and nursing staff explain everything clearly and treat the patient with respect… and humanity. I recommend it!

They don't answer the phone or return calls.

The clinic is very presentable. One application is missing. And one of the girls at reception is painfully unfriendly, while another is super attentive. Dr. Pedro Sousa Martins is an excellent, attentive, and caring… doctor; I wish I had found him sooner.

Dr. João Palha was inattentive and arrogant.

Due to what happened, the lack of security deserves 2 stars. It's not just comfort that matters; other things are important: doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, and cleaning staff.

I am grateful to Dr. Pedro Mota for the excellent care he has given me in recent months. I was very impressed with the new building this week... it's modern, and the new amenities bring a completely new and different… level of comfort to patients... having parking makes it more accessible to everyone. I hope they have great success.

The new facilities are very comfortable and modern. It raises the standard of the clinic, in addition to the excellent professionals. I highly recommend it.

Two and a half hours to be seen.

It's not open 24 hours! The hours are wrong. I spent an hour on hold waiting on the phone, but I was just waiting because nobody answered. Please correct the hours. We took an Uber on purpose!

The waiting time is unacceptable!
