About Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental
Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental is the public outpatient addiction service of ICAD, I.P. for eastern Lisbon and seven municipalities to the north and east of the capital, based at Rua de Xabregas in the parish of Beato. Prevention, harm reduction, treatment and reintegration for individuals using licit or illicit substances are all free through the SNS.
The head office and the Equipa de Tratamento de Xabregas share the building, with coordinator Vanda Lopes leading the CRI. The catchment covers Loures, Odivelas, Vila Franca de Xira, Alenquer, Arruda dos Vinhos, Azambuja and Benavente plus the Lisbon parishes of Beato, Marvila, Penha de França, Olivais and Parque das Nações; the rest of Lisbon city is served by the Centro das Taipas, a separate unit. A Loures/Odivelas polo with a clinical psychologist runs youth consultations in local health centres, and the team also works on dependencies without substance. Anyone can phone to ask for an appointment; treatment is outpatient only.

Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental Alcohol and Drug Services
Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental covers the full span of public addiction care on an outpatient basis: prevention, harm reduction, treatment and reintegration for individuals dependent on alcohol or illicit drugs, with at-risk and vulnerable groups among its target populations. The Xabregas treatment team delivers the clinical work, and community sessions address dependencies with and without substance.
Young people are seen through four youth consultations the CRI runs in health centres north of the city: USF Mosteiro in Odivelas on Mondays, Pontinha on Fridays, USF Génesis in Póvoa de Santo Adrião on Wednesdays and the Loures health centre on Thursdays, all reached through the Loures/Odivelas polo. Specific therapies and medications are not itemised publicly, and services are in Portuguese. Where outpatient care is not enough, the team refers onward to detox units and therapeutic communities in the public network.

Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental is at Rua de Xabregas, 62, in the parish of Beato, Lisboa, Lisboa district, postcode 1900-440, in the east of the city. The CRI head office and the Polo de Xabregas treatment team share the building, so one address serves both.
The Xabregas treatment team is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30; no Tuesday hours are published. How Much Does Treatment at Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental Cost?
Care at Centro de Respostas Integradas de Lisboa Oriental is free through the SNS, with no charge to the user.
