About Capstone Treatment Center – Judsonia
Capstone Treatment Center is a privately owned for-profit Christian residential program on Meghan Lane in Judsonia, Arkansas, founded in 2001 in the Hickmon family home and still run by the second generation of that family. It admits males only: adolescent boys aged fourteen to seventeen and young men aged eighteen to twenty-eight, with the program’s own banner giving the upper limit as twenty-six.
Two things set the clinical model apart. Each young man is given a Labrador retriever puppy at admission and takes the dog home at graduation, and the program runs at a two-to-one client-to-therapist ratio that yields roughly four and a half hours of individual therapy a week. Women are not admitted; the operator’s women’s program, Encounter, is a separate service.
What Capstone treats reaches past drugs and alcohol. Alongside opioid, marijuana, alcohol and vaping problems it works with gaming and screen dependency, gambling and compulsive sexual behavior, and with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and trauma. Dr Adrian Hickmon, a psychologist, founded the program and remains its clinical architect; Slade Hickmon is chief executive.

Treatment Services at Capstone Treatment Center
Capstone offers one level of care, long-term residential, with stays running ninety to ninety-six days. A single level means the family’s decision is binary rather than graduated, and the operator’s follow-on services sit at other Arkansas addresses, Capstone Extended Care in Beebe and Vine and Root Counseling in Searcy, so stepping down after graduation means moving rather than changing rooms.
The therapy itself is intensive and trauma-weighted: cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting and experiential work, with individual and family sessions carrying most of the load. Therapists hold EMDR, Brainspotting and certified sex addiction training, and the team includes a chief clinical officer and a medical director, Dr Elizabeth Howey. No treatment medications and no detox are on record for this program.
Family involvement continues past discharge through an aftercare plan, an alumni program and a family program, which matters for a ninety-day stay that ends with a teenager going back to the same school and the same friends. Admission starts with a call to 866-729-4479 to speak with a Capstone therapist on the admissions team, or with the ‘Can Capstone Help?’ form.

Capstone Treatment Center Address, Location and Contact Information
The program is at 120 Meghan Lane, Judsonia, Arkansas 72081, in White County, with the admissions line on 866-729-4479. Judsonia is a small town and the setting is rural, which fits a program built around a long stay, animals and a campus rather than around a client who commutes to sessions from home each week.
Kensett sits three miles south and Augusta seventeen miles east, the two nearest points this directory measures to. Families flying in should expect to drive, and because admissions are decided jointly with the family rather than by walk-in, the sensible order is to settle eligibility by phone first and only then plan travel. Intake hours are not published.
Three phone numbers appear on this record, which is worth knowing before you dial: 866-729-4479 reaches a Capstone therapist on the admissions team, while federal and accreditation records list (501) 729-4479 and a professional directory profile shows (501) 239-5958. The program is described online at capstonewellness.com, the operator’s current site; no email address is published for admissions.

How Much Does Treatment at Capstone Treatment Center Cost?
Capstone publishes no rate, no insurance list and no self-pay figure, and its contact form asks for an insurance provider without stating which ones are accepted. For a ninety-day residential stay that is a significant gap, and it means the first call has to do the work: ask for the all-in cost of a ninety to ninety-six day stay before anything else.
Need-based help does exist and is worth naming precisely. Scholarships are offered with the State of Arkansas through the Capstone Foundation and the Ashes to Glory Foundation, with an Arkansas scholarships page on the operator’s site. Ask what the award covers, whether it is tied to Arkansas residency, how long the application takes and what the family is expected to pay alongside it.
Statewide private-pay residential rates in Arkansas run from $5,000 to $22,000 a month, with long-term programs sitting toward the upper end of any state market. Those are Arkansas-wide figures and not Capstone’s prices, which are unpublished; use them only to judge whether a quoted number is in the ordinary range. Intensive outpatient statewide runs $2,500 to $8,000 a month if aftercare is discussed.

Capstone Treatment Center Reviews
Capstone Treatment Center LLC holds CARF accreditation for residential treatment covering integrated substance use and mental health care for both children and adolescents and adults, first granted in 2013, and it is listed in the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers directory. Its federal provider identifier is 1528274552, and the operator is a private for-profit company rather than a charity.
On state licensing the record is thinner. No Arkansas register entry is available, and the only license reference on file, Arkansas 33382, comes from the program’s own professional directory profile rather than from the state. The program’s material also references the Arkansas Department of Human Services and the American Association of Christian Counselors without a traceable register entry behind either.
The material here is assembled from state licensing information, federal provider records, the accrediting body’s register and the program’s own published pages, with some clinical detail coming from its professional directory profile. RehabSeekers hosts reviews, and none have been left for Capstone yet. A parent who has been through the ninety-day program and the puppy at graduation would be a useful first voice.
