I have provided my son’s insurance information at every appointment this year, and I also enter all of his information through the link sent before each appointment. If there is an issue with the insurance information,… that should be addressed by the front office so it can be corrected before the visit. I assumed insurance was verified through the portal beforehand. I should not continue receiving bills stating that there is “no insurance on file” when I have repeatedly provided the correct, active insurance information and completed every form as requested. I wouldn’t continue coming to this facility if my son didn’t love it—we absolutely love Dr. Julian. I honestly wouldn’t have written this review, but I’m frustrated with having to deal with the same issue over and over because something isn’t being handled correctly between the front office and billing. If I am providing the wrong information, please let me know. Otherwise, I would appreciate someone correcting this issue so I’m not having to deal with it after every appointment.
When someone calls and schedule an appointment with a certain provider, that’s who they should be able to see. No, your receptionist should not be making decisions for your paying patients without discussing it with… them first. Your patients are the reason your provider is employed. If someone ask to be seen by a certain provider because they specialize in what they need, then that’s who they need to see, and not who you feel like they should see. I just so happened to call yesterday and that’s what I found out. when y’all made my appointment with my provider yall knew was gonna be out of town and instead of discussing that with me you put me with whoever you thought I should see and you’re wrong. so I’m going to have to go yet another week without my medications while, I find a new primary care provider. Not only would I’ve shown up to my appointment thinking I was going to see my doctor I would’ve been docked at work on our Point system just to see a provider that I didn’t schedule with. Learn to respect peoples time and decisions and not do what you want.
Called there regarding an ESA letter and staffing person wasn't sure if they wrote them and she would have a nurse call me back regarding that and no one ever did, I called back 3 days later and staffing told me there… was no notes about calling me back in their system and that they don't write ESA letters, but I know that other AR care clinics do write them.
The receptionist and front desk are the worst very rude not helpful at all. Very condescending to patients if i could guve negative stars I would. Awful experience
Nice staff. However, the music inside their building (not including the waiting room) is WAY too loud. This isn't a concert hall or a pub. I'd like to go to a medical building that doesn't blare music so loud to where I… can't even think. It's very distracting and unprofessional. Also when I got a basic check up, I was never informed about my visit, I had to ask what the results of my basic check up was while it was happening. They should be able to communicate that information as they go. I might switch medical buildings
If I could leave negative stars I would. Takes an act of congress to get anything done with this place. Takes forever to get a referral and no prescriptions are called in to the pharmacy. After finally getting a… referral, they won't send over any test results to the specialist. When you call and ask them to send it over, the receptionist is rude and acts like you disturbed her cuz she's gonna have to do some work. She probably won't even send it, but I'll be calling back to verify. This place is a circus with a bunch of clowns!
Negative 4. They have one of the most miserable receptionists, I have ever encountered, bar none. Absolutely unreal. And she coughed the whole time. I literally canceled visit during because it felt like I was in a… college sketch. No one seemed to care about anything. The “doctor” I was seeing looked like she was in college and was about as pleasant as her roommate. It was like a mean sorority in college has a clinic. After trying for three days. First night was turned away, “blood guy won’t be here tonight. Have to wait anyway “ Oh okay, maybe take it now so I don’t have to come back? What a joke. I had 103 fever, but they wouldn’t know that. I also wanted a test for lymes because I had gotten eaten alive for weeks by ticks and shows symptoms (my dad had it undiagnosed for years), but it wasn’t the main reason. “Are you the tick bite guy?” The “doctor” said to me. Lol. Wow. She already warned everyone about me…wonder why. Probably because she knew how rude she was. And she literally deals with sick people all day. I would take my bernadoodle to this SS. Negative four stars.
Very short wait. Nice people. They don't rush you thru the appointment, allow time for you to ask questions.
I have never had such a horrible time with getting anything done for my kids. This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen. They make appointments without telling you and won't call in referrals or medications when… they say they will.
Nikki Williams was excellent! She has a wonderful, respectful and cheerful manner about her that makes you feel like she is really listening to you and really cares like one should hope for in all medical/ healthcare… professionals. She took the time to go over my complete medical history and asked very relevant and surprising questions that helped me feel heard and hopeful for my future care from her.
I had my new patient appointment 4/11 so I could get refills on my thyroid medicine and the nurse that took my weight and blood pressure was extremely rude I told her I thought I had a UTI and she completely ignored me.… The doctor was in too big of a hurry for me to ask or say any thing to her. Their lab was messed up so I had to go to baptist to get my lab work done. Baptist sent me the results through MyChart the same day but here it is 4/16 and the doctor still hasn't called me about my lab results. I have called her every day they are open and she keeps saying she hasn't gotten them. I know my thyroid levels are not good and she should be trying harder to get my lab results to me. This is rediculous. It does no good to call the number left below you have to leave a message they never call back
Wonderful experience from the Staff on the adult side with Brittany Cato, nurse Liz & MA Jordan! Excellent care from Dr Amy, nurses Rachel & Nikki everytime, my son loves them! Everyone is so kind and caring!
I went in for an infected finger. After I was seen by a doctor I went and paid for the visit and was told it was 130 dollars for the visit. A few weeks later I received a bill saying I still owed 54 dollars. When i… called their billing department they either did not answer or told me the original charge was 180 dollars, but fail to tell me why the bill only shows a charge for 135 dollars.
Have Been Treated 2Xs For Sinus Infections In 2 Mos. The Women Here Were All Very Considerate Medical Professionals. I Was Seen Pretty Quickly, & Received A Proper Diagnosis. Prescriptions Were Called In To My Pharmacy… Immediately. I Got Better Quickly.
Always friendly. They work well with my Aunt who is mentally challenged. The doctor listens and is helpful
Great staff
Nurse or doctor was rude staff is rude they never want to fax me what I need and ignore phone calls
Typical small-town rudeness and cliques, receptionists unable to answer even the simplest of questions. You're better off rubbing dirt on your injuries than coming here lol
They only have a pa and she works under a doctor out of Jacksonville moving over to unity
