Awesome care provider! Glad I found them. It's a beautiful thing to experience people helping people.

Excelent service and really listen to my needs

Office is clean, staff is friendly and they are cautious with their language while guest are in the waiting area. They provide quick care and help. The 4 stars rather than 5 comes from my doctor leaving and no… communication was provided that they were leaving or the option to change doctors or an opportunity to pick my own.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. During my visit, there was an overwhelming odor throughout the facility that smelled like rotten trash. The smell was so strong that I began feeling… nauseous and sick while I was there. When I went to the lab area to be weighed, the odor was absolutely unbearable. The Medical Assistant assisting me noticed my reaction and sincerely apologized and tried to console me. I actually felt terrible for her because I could tell she was embarrassed and uncomfortable about the situation, even though it was clearly not something she personally caused. As a patient, it was extremely concerning and uncomfortable to receive care in an environment with such a strong odor. Patients should be able to expect a clean, sanitary, and safe environment when visiting a healthcare facility. No patient or staff member should have to endure an environment that smells like rotten trash while receiving or providing medical care.

This isn't my usual location, but they helped me when I couldn't get an appointment at my usual location. I was able to get an appointment same day. This helped me immensely, since I had ran out of medication due to not… being able to get an appointment with my regular provider at the moon valley location. Ericka was extremely helpful and actually seemed happy to accommodate the emergency appointment. If the rest of the staff are like Ericka, then this location must be amazing. Thanks for your helping me in such short notice.

This office is the perfect mix of professional and caring. Everyone here is genuinely kind and warm as well as helpful. I never wait more than five, maybe ten minutes. Hadar Hasan is knowledgeable and caring.

My father has been going for primary care, and DR Claudia has been charging the insurance for psychiatric care(specialist). After speaking with billing they confirmed that they have been charging the insurance under… those credentials. Very disappointed. How are you charging for a service that you are not providing! My father overpaid his co pay for every visit, it’s been more than 30 days and I’m still waiting to a resolution!

Sooooo….. my psychiatrist Jesus Prado is very unprofessional and can’t deal with people with mental issues and an incident occurred with my child and I was being a mother first not worried about my appointment and he… refuses to see that I tried to set new appointment and he requested I see someone else like isn’t that your job to help people with mental health issues rather than pin it off on someone else????? But on another note My therapist is awesome she listens and helps me in my situations with my mental health and thoughts I went through I couldn’t tell u how many therapist I went through before I found Veronica Grimes she is amazing so thank you Veronica Grimes for your help!!!!

I called to simply schedule an appointment and the agent on the phone kept trying to send me codes to get into an account i’m already in. I already don’t feel listened to and I just wanted to schedule to see a… psychiatrist and that was so frustrating I’ll just suffer.

Update: Just wanted to update that Denova was very responsive and I did see another practitioner and it has been wonderful! five stars for sure.. I should have throw my $200 in the trash. BUT I scheduled an appointment… in person bc I have been feeling terrible. even though I'm between insurances I paid out of pocket for the appointment just to get something something. this appointment was supposed to be to establish care/annual well visit. I especially wanted to get some labs started. The guy was pretty nice but basically told me I hurt bc I'm fat and HE FORGOT TO THE ORDER THE LABS! NOW HES ON LEAVE. THE OFFICE WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT THE NOTES AND BECAUSE WE TALKED ABOUT MY THYROID ISSUE THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER JUST THE THYROID LABS. I went to my labs fasting but couldn't. go until 10 with my schedule only to find out they hadn't been sent so then I call they say they will send them and info the next week again at 10 again fasting and they only had the thyroid. I've also done online mental health services with denova and I love the online option but every single time I get a new script for some med I don't want to take or a new med to treat side affect from a different med and I'm sick of it and I'm over it. both people I've seen have been nice hence the two starts but the actual treatment is meh. the front desk is loud and gossipy. I was looking at my book but I heard every word about everyone they talked about.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the care my mother has received from Michelle Illiescu. Despite repeatedly reporting that her anxiety medication was not working, follow-up appointments were scheduled a month out with no… meaningful interim check-in. Her symptoms continued to worsen. When my mother called the office in tears during a significant escalation of anxiety and asked for help, she was told to schedule an earlier appointment — which was still a week away. That is not an appropriate response to a behavioral health crisis. At her subsequent telehealth appointment, (again through tears) she disclosed that, out of desperation while waiting to be seen, she had slightly increased her non-controlled anti-anxiety medication. Instead of prioritizing assessment, safety, and stabilization, and expressing compassion, Michelle's focus shifted to warning her that she could be discharged as a patient and that she would get back to her if she could continue her care. When someone is seeking help in distress, threatening termination of care is not therapeutic — it is harmful! Thank God my mother has a support system, because I can't imagine a case where this provider is a patient's only help/support. Additionally, when she asked for therapy resources, she was told she might need to start with group therapy, without a meaningful discussion of individual therapy options or referrals. Patients deserve timely follow-up, COMPASSION, and crisis-appropriate responses — especially in behavioral health. This experience from the very beginning has felt extremely dismissive and lacking in empathy. If you do not feel heard by your provider, remember that you too have the right to seek care elsewhere!

Laura is so wonderful. She is patient and caring and so good with my daughter. We are glad we found her.

I can't speak for the office itself because I do everything through telehealth. My therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner are excellent! I can't speak highly enough of Tina and Jody. But Denova 's administration… department is atrocious. If I were only rating admin I would give them a 0. Every interaction I've had with the admin department, and frequently the portal, has been problematic. I gave a 3* review as a balance between great practitioners and terrible administration. And before the business claims I'm not a patient there and tries to take down my review, I am a patient but I don't use my real name on the internet for safety and privacy.

Fast appointments. Excellent services. Very personable

The staff is amazing and very accommodating as far as appointments and answering questions through the portal. They make depression less depressing for sure.

Knowledgable, competent, and efficient, I would refer her to family.

Sadly, I just wasted my time. The gentleman who helped me seemed disinterested. like I was a bother. I didn't find any reviews about him beforehand but I was honestly disappointed and ended up wasting weeks for nothing.… It seems like it works for some people, so maybe I just got unlucky with who I got.

We depend on Erika for many things, her knowledge, advice, and medications. She is a big help to us and we feel comfortable and in safe hands with her. Ty Erika

I like Dr Erika Oquendo. She is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She talks to me about how I’m doing on my every day life. She doesn’t rush me through like other doctors. I would definitely recommend Dr… Oquendo and Denova to my friends and family. From Linda Morris
