Jayden is the best! I have to bring my dogs everyday due to personal reasons, and I don’t trust my car running without Jayden! He knows what time it is when I show up and I really appreciate & respect the way he shows… up everyday not only for us humans but for my dogs as well! And the girls up front get things done and are very respectful! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart and soul! Without you us addicts wouldn’t be here! The ones fighting everyday atleast! You guys rock!

Cms is great! I got pretty close with my original counselor, but she retired. I am happy to give my new counselor Alicia a chance. She seems to care and does her job.

The incompetence of this place is insane, as a person with a kidney disease and issues with UA,testing due to the issue had a doctor's note several actually.I was told that after years of never having an issue now being… told ill be reduced because of the kidney issue then when I suggested that they use swabs there policy is that the specialist i was seeing was incorrect as well as my diagnosis, this is in fact the very same type of doctor they directed me to originally ,I'm told wrong doctor and the note justifying it won't work because the diagnosis must be from another specialist this after years of seeing a specific doctor that I need a diagnosis of shy bladder syndrome wich is just psychological disorder that makes individuals embarrassed to pee in public, know im saying that's not a justified thing, but kidney disease or something similar should be as justified after all being embarrassed won't kill you but a disease can ,the idiocy and misleading information over and over and over again is shear incompetence, I pray my pleas to the medical board and Medicare dont go unnoticed. I did find a place that has some common sense ,that listens to your doctor no matter what the type off doctor after all the providers that you see is only a PA,not a specialist or a doctor, just a cheaper version of care and it shows in my experience! I pray for anyone in situations like mine or is suffering period God is good all the time, take care and listen to Jesus not the world!

Horrible experience, there provider Lauren Nibisson,a truly incompetent individual will tell you to go against your doctor advice, putting your health at risk a truly mindless human,my complaints are justified obviously… she couldn't make it in the field because of her bedside manner no has the right to play God with someone's health hopefully she won't hurt anyone else.....

CMS – Peoria, AZ I have been attending this methadone dosing clinic three times a week for over a year now, and I can confidently say that the staff here perform exceptional work across every position. My experiences… with each team member have been so positive that I could easily fill several paragraphs describing how consistently professional, kind, and effective they all are. That said, I’d like to take a moment to highlight three individuals whose excellence and consistency go well beyond the already high standard of care that defines CMS Peoria. These three — Reyna, Alicia, and Jaden — are the faces I see each and every visit. They are the front-line professionals who make up what I call “the heart of CMS.” From the very beginning, their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency stood out. Every single time I walk through the front doors, I’m greeted with a genuine smile — and, not long after I became a regular patient, greeted by name as well. Their courtesy never feels rehearsed; it’s authentic, and that authenticity sets the tone for the entire facility. I’ve watched each of them handle questions about all aspects of CMS services — whether those tasks fall directly under their role or not — and they consistently provide accurate, confident answers without hesitation. The depth of their knowledge is remarkable. More than once, I’ve seen one of them step out from behind the counter to personally escort someone to another department or assist with directions — gestures that speak volumes about their dedication to patient care. Their positive energy is contagious. You can see it ripple outward, influencing the mood of everyone in the lobby — patients, staff, and visitors alike. Each day, their teamwork and professionalism create an environment that feels not only efficient but genuinely welcoming. In short, Reyna, Alicia, and Jaden exemplify the very best of what patient care and professional service should look like. They elevate the entire experience of coming to CMS, transforming what could be a routine visit into something consistently pleasant and reassuring. Thank you, each of you, for the excellence, kindness, and humanity you bring to your work every single day. Sincerely, Mike V

I have been sober from blues since September 2024 so a little over a year now. I have to say I love the staff there. From being greeted by Rain-UH & Allyson. They'll get yoy in the Que for dosing and take care of you.… Jaden should be a counsler there. I say this cause I got there 3 times a week and at 1st it was almost every day of the week. He knows all the PTs names and treats everyone so good. He'd make the best counselor IMO. Anyway thanks for all the help. Being of fentanyl and having people like the staff there to help you on the way. That goes a long way. Thank you all. I highly recommend getting treatment from this facility. Especially this location. It is the Best.
