Cornerstone Healing Center – Phoenix

Horrible, horrible horrible!!! This place is not helpful at all!! very mean people and they look like they’re still getting high!! do not recommend at all. They made me feel worse than I did already !!! It’s just a nice… house in Scottsdale (well the one I was in) and a bunch of drug mean girl vibes!! I’m a drug addicted as well so I’m not judging anyone I’m just saying wat I experienced there !! Coming from a detox to a sober living expecting to be treated nice and welcoming to a new person not knowing what to do and no one is there to help! But only giving u ugly looks and trying to punk me ( that’s wat it felt like to me) I will never treat someone like how they did!! And this is for the people at the house not the employees at the facility they were actually nice so I didn’t expect to get the treatment I received from the girls like me who are struggling with an addiction knowing how difficult it is and actually going to get the help to just leaving because they made me feel unwanted sad embarrassed and upset!! It was the worst day of my life !!! Hopefully no one else gets treated like this because I don’t want anyone else to feel like I am!!!!

I am beyond grateful to God for Cornerstone and all of the staff members! They are well structured and provide excellent group/ individual therapy sessions (SHOUT OUT TO ZACH) !! They provide clean and beautiful living… environments. They take clients to 7 outside meetings a week, and require clients to get a sponsor. There is so much precision with how the therapy assignments line up perfectly with the step the client is on! If you or someone you know is ready for true growth and willing to go to any length for your recovery I STRONGLY encourage this program! They set you up for success. Another thing I would STRONGLY advise is to follow the rules they have, be thorough in every assignment and focus on yourself through this journey. Thank you again cornerstone for being apart of my road to success!!!

Cornerstone Healing Center truly helped me turn my life around. I came in struggling with addiction and feeling lost, but the staff treated me with respect and genuine care. Lacey and her navigation team, especially… Jesus, and Remic made a huge impact — they really showed up for me, listened, and helped me stay on track during tough moments. Jesus Valadez this guy is one of the best people you'll meet at the center and he's got a heart of a lion someone who will take care of you and show you the upmost respect! He's the best BHT they have there!

Jesus Valadez started as my BHT & ended being a true lifelong friend. Helped me thru multiple mental health crisis situations and calmed me down from crying. Amazing person

Experience was not a good one. The whole mission here is to make you feel uncomfortable and take your insurance money. Therapist we’re incompetent and not very knowledgeable about addiction. They just want the insurance… money to pay for all the homes they have.

Absolutely the best place to get sober! If your considering where to go. Look no further. This the place. Just get there!

Cornerstone saved my life. I went through IOP5 and IOP4 With Cornerstone. The staff there is the best. I’ve been to other places, but I would definitely recommend other people try Cornerstone, no better place for… recovery in my opinion.

I checked into the west side clinic from detox on October 14th 2024 , I will be beyond grateful for the rest of my life to cornerstone. Not because of 1 specific reason but I can honestly say everything about this… treatment center is solid. From the staff , to the food system they have in place where clients cook there own meals, to the ability to have sponsor passes but also the way they have the iop setup as far as a 3 phase program , thats what I did and ive been a little over a year sober. Some of the staff that really helped me when I didn’t have the ability to call my sponsor about whatever the situation was , Taylor at the center and BHTs ,Shane, Kenny, remmy And Joe Also tom Higgins Cornerstone is somewhere I will always recommend people still struggling with addiction and alcoholism to check themselves into cornerstone

Cornerstone is hands down the best program that Arizona has to offer the staff and all the members are nothing but polite loving and caring so if you're thinking about going to residential IOP program cornerstones the… place to go

Cornerstone has change my life completely, I was a homeless kid out on the street begging people for money to support my habit. I no longer have to live that live no more thanks to GOD and the members of cornerstone.… Thanks for changing people’s live one day at a time ❤️

And the 3 months that I was here, I learned a lot about myself. I dealt with trauma, wrote a good buy letter to each and every trauma I ever endured. I dealt with the passing of my father, while I was in the program.… The love and support from the staff and the clients, help me to navigate this trying time. I was able to go to outings, alumni events; pool party volleyball speaker meeting. I was taking to a meeting a day. And best of all I was given all the tools that I need to be able to live my life clean and to handle any situation that comes my way without using! I'll be forever grateful to cornerstone and for all the amazing, kind-hearted, genuine, down to earth family - I could have ever imagined to hope for! In addition to this, per cornerstone I was able to go through my steps with a sponsor, and I had the environment, that made me want to do the steps thoroughly, that's something that I had always missed out on when trying to get recovered! Thank you cornerstone, I love you!!!

It's been 2.5 years since I been in cornerstone, and love to say I'm still sober. I love the change they made since I've been at cornerstone. And the continued support with the alumni, like the activities we do together… and continued friendship. Highly recommend for anyone needing the help and continued support after you leave😁

very worth it, just open your mouth and ask for help...every staff member knows what you going through...you just have to believe in yourself, not trying to sound cheesy but it's a BFD.........

I have to say my personal opinion going in i was not so very nice. I had both middle fingers up coming into this program. NOT having a addiction to drugs (but maybe my own mental things) I was VERY skeptical. I had been… and still am currently going threw alot of mental issues. I was kidnapped for over 9 hrs at gun point, things happened thay shall never be spoke of. I am saying WHOLE HEARTLY, THANK YOU! Thank you to the group I learned so much from, amazing 10000000000x stars to my Councilor (Sharen) and the same to my life coach ((Lauren aka Lou) how I was before my 8 weeks and today (still continuing) I have made huge improvements in my mental health and honestly I wouldn't be able to be Almost my self again if it wasn't for this team and the group members I attended with. If anyone needs a recommendation and your like I was all pissed off you have to do this, message me. It's absolutely worth the time ,effort and just love. P.s. if you like music, remember Music is the key to the soul.play your super angry songs, then play a good mellow happy like raygay songs. Much love, be strong, be sober, be vigilant. Cornerstone has absolutely set the standard for programs that truly change lives, not just addictions. From the intake, navigators, and support staff, all the way to the therapists, administrators, and the executives,… everyone was personally involved in my recovery. The facilities, sober living, amenities, and opportunities for growth outside of classroom walls was integral into my no longer running from problems, rather, I am running towards life. Thank you Cornerstone!

Cornerstone is an absolutely amazing program. The staff all sincerely care about your well being and sobriety. The Therapists are all master clinicians and have been a huge part of my recovery. I would highly recommend… this program to anyone trying to get sober. I owe my life to Cornerstone, without them I wouldn't have a life I love and am grateful for.

Cornerstone taught me how to recognize my triggers and avoid them, taught me that it’s ok to not be ok, taught me to live sober. I know that every day is struggle but I know how to get to the next day sober. I live… happily sober now thanks to cornerstone showing me that if I do the work I will be ok. One year strong and counting!

Cornerstone healing center let me see where do I begin I went there I drug addicted codependent toxic hot mess! But with the help of the staff members there well some particular staff members let me start with my… favorite BHT Shane, my case manager Abigail, my therapist Regina, and a few honorable mentions Matt, Nick, ebony, Lexi the nurse. That that place and those people essentially saved my life it wasn't for them and The healing center know the groups the yoga the physical exercise class the constant push for AA ,CA NA,CMA essentially forcing you to work the 12 steps I don't know where I'd be right now but I do know I wouldn't be where I'm at now which is a productive sober member of society with healthy relationships with my children again. For that words can express the gratitude that I have for that place and those people.

The staff truly cared, the program gave me tools I’ll use forever, and the community made me feel seen and supported every day. I appreciated the focus on accountability. Overall, a solid experience that helped me move… forward.
