This is a wonderful establishment. I have been seeing Ben for almost 3 years. His caring heart along with the knowledge makes a huge difference. You are being heard. Infact his whole group is this way. He has also saved… my daughter to where she is loving life again and sees a future. The difference is night and day. All she needed was to be heard. That is what you will receive here. I am so very blessed to be under their care. Thank you

I RECENTLY DELETED A REVIEW, as I thought myself, the Clinical Director (CD) and my therapist came to an understanding. During my last visit, I attempted to bring PEACE between myself and the receptionist, Victoria… Munoz—yet, she refused to accept. She initially refused to even come into my therapists office per my request, for clarity and peace. During my last visit in February with Stacey, and a call to my pharmacy, it was found that my prescriptions were not being sent over directly after the previous two sessions, and my therapist Stacey can confirm this, as I chose to call the pharmacy on speakerphone for her to understand the situation. Stacey realized that the medications were not being received by the pharmacy, by 5-15 days after my visits. We were both dumbfounded. I just wanted her to hear the pharmacy state what I had been trying to share with Victoria over several calls in the past couple of months, and I just wanted to know that the pharmacy would receive my medications after visits to prevent any medication lapse time for me. During my past calls, Victoria kept insisting the prescriptions were there. She took my insistence that they weren’t, and my frustration as me being rude. She began causing problems between me and the facility staff (CC & Therapist). I left a message at one point for the CD to call me regarding the matter (early on, during my initial continued calls when I first began seeing Stacey - I believe it was January). I never received a call back from him. This request occurred before I decided to initially leave a previous review regarding Victoria. It is not in my nature to be rude. I am persistent, though; and I called several times attempting to explain each time I went to the pharmacy, they’d tell me there were no prescriptions for me, and that one medication had been discontinued. During my February visit, Stacey confirmed there were no discontinued medications. I’m not sure how this all came about; yet, Victoria is the person that answers the calls and I feel she facilitated the experience during a few of my previous calls, and my last visit to cause my termination of care via a recently received letter. Interesting. As the CD and I spoke regarding the matter during my last visit. I purposely spoke to him in passing, during my last visit in an additional attempt to bring clarity to what occurred with the pharmacy. I also mentioned the therapist Stacey wrote down the dates of refills while listening to the pharmacy call that I had on speakerphone in her office. The CD stated for me to reach out to him directly if there is ever an issue; yet (as mentioned) I left a voicemail when all of this was occurring, requesting him to call me. Perhaps he didn’t receive the vm. Soon I noticed my past calls being ignored, during a time that I had two different visits and no medications at the pharmacy after, for delayed timeframes. I shared with the CD that I attempted to bring peace with Victoria and she not only refused to come into the private office of my therapist, yet when I insisted many times; she did, and would not reach for the ‘olive branch’ I extended to her. She also stood there while I spoke to him, disagreeing. I am not afraid to offer an apology, even if I have not done anything to apologize for. I have never once been nothing but peaceful in the lobby, waiting for my appointment; nor have I ever caused a scene. Yet, these are now accusations. Perhaps Victoria did not understand my concerns via several calls over the past couple of months regarding my medications; and this is what I attempted to share with her in front of Stacey, so that Stacey could verify what she heard the pharmacy state on the telephone, with Victoria. Stacey assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I shared with Stacey upon leaving my last visit, when she asked if I preferred a different clinic, that I did not, and that I would not interact with Victoria at all, to avoid misunderstandings. Stacey agreed and stated she’d come and get me personally, and now I’ve been terminated from being a patient? Wow.

I have been truly fortunate to find Dr. Nikkita Dinnella. From my first appointment, it was evident that she is a compassionate and dedicated professional. She takes the time required to understand her patients'… problems, listening to my concerns and preferences and personalizing her approach to my care. In psychiatry, it is crucial to have a professional who listens well and can tailor treatment to individual needs, and Dr. Dinnella excels in this regard. Dr. Dinnella offers insightful and varied solutions that have been instrumental in addressing my concerns. Her dedication to understanding her patients' unique situations and providing personalized care goes above and beyond. She creates a comfortable and trusting environment where you can openly discuss your concerns without fear of judgment. Her ability to listen attentively and provide practical, effective solutions is unmatched. She is not only a remarkable psychiatrist but also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Nikkita Dinnella to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and flexible mental health professional. Her expertise and dedication have made a significant difference in my life, and I am confident she will do the same for others. One of the other standout features is the flexibility of appointments. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or need the convenience of telehealth, especially when traveling or unable to visit the office, she accommodates with ease. This level of accessibility has made managing my well-being so much more feasible and stress-free.

Ben has helped my family beyond what anyone else ever has. He's one of the kindest people I have ever met, he listens, he is not judgmental at all, he persists and cares even when his patient is not acting the best or… being cooperative. There is so much compassion there and it is just very inspiring. It makes me want to help others and spread the love too.

Samaria Behavioral Health Center is in a league of their own. The staff are not only professional but you can tell that they love what they do. I struggled with substance use disorder and if I hadn’t received quality… medication assisted treatment my recovery would not be possible. If you want to be treated like a person and not a chart number then give Samaria Behavioral Health Center a try. Trust me you will not regret it.

Coming from a college student, this institution is not professional. One of their staff, Daphne, goes about accommodations in a rudely brief manner. I have been asking since April 1st for a simple letter stating my… situation and I have been met with a lack of understanding and overall handling of the situation. I told one of their secretaries, Gen, that I was feeling very unwell and I was never told to come in for an evaluation - but that was indeed an option that I was never openly offered. Regarding accommodations, I was met with a condescending email from Daphne - she thinks a diagnosis letter is appropriate for a university asking for documentation. Ben is cool, but I would expect better from a place that has the goal of improving mental health access.
