Denova Collaborative Health Reviews and Ratings
A licensing record says what Denova Collaborative Health is permitted to do. Reviews from patients and their families say what treatment in Tucson was like, and those accounts are collected in this section.
Well, I seen a new provider this evening her name is Erika last name i believe Kubrick, but I cld b wrong but however after my virtual appointment with her I feel I can open n speak freely nd not be judll. Now I'm… waiting to see how to go about switching to her as my primary psychiatrist. I feel I wld/can open myself, I feel Dr Erika is a better match for me.
I paid my bill of over $300 to Denova (then Bayless) back in March, later they claimed they never received this payment because of a computer outtage. After sending them bank statements showing the charge they told me… to dispute it with my bank. I paid the amount in full again while I disputed the initial charge because they told me I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the bill in time. Denova then told my bank that there was no record of my initial payment despite $600 being paid to them. My bank believed them because the initial payment was sent to Bayless, which had then been changed to Denova, on my bank statement. I am now out over $600 for basic care.
