Community Solutions – Gilroy

Referred by my own request from my Primary physician for counseling, 4 weeks of contact consisted of 4 appointments. 2 intakes, 1st counseling session was a no show on their end with no text, (she had the wrong number… is the reason given). Then her supervisor calls and the first thing he says is” when are you coming in”? I absolutely do not recommend as they will bend over backwards to let everyone know you are asking for help.

Worst people to work with

Whoevever the recieptionist is for the office of Lana Martin at 1130am on this day June 27th, she is extremely rude and impatient, practically yelling at me on the phone. Put me on hold and left me there for 15 mins,… currently I am still on hold and i know she is waiting for me to hang up the phone. She sounds like a middle aged or older woman. Very impatient, irritable, and one of the rudest experiences I have had speaking to any type of customer service on the phone. Please you have delicate minds calling, she should not be allowed to speak to patients or anyone in need of help.

I have a hard time getting any help, real help and support from this organization. I am a domestic violence victim and still seeking permanent stable housing and assistance with Victim Compensation Board application. I… could not even get a Safeway gift card when I really needed it.

I’m a 16 year old trying to switch services into a older group my case maneger and therpist have ignored my messages and calls I tried to call the community solutions office only for them to put me on hold and then hang… up I’m only 16 im trying to get help for myself becuase my parents don’t support me and community solutions is literally trying to ignore me to wait till I’m old enough so they can just cut me off this is disgusting

Terrible medical staff. You can't ever get in touch with your psychiatrist when it's an emergency,, nor can anyone else there. Terrible experience!!

Years later and I still can't seem to forget about the traumatizing experience I had here. I was assigned to a "Mentor/Counselor" named Janet to do weekly check ins with who decided, one day, to violate several HIPAA… laws. Not only that, conducted herself in a way that any actual caring human being would never even imagine. She vomited all my information I confided in her down the hallway for anyone to hear (including myself) even threw in some untrue negative statements that still to this day really hurts. She had no actual care for my well-being as she gossiped to a secretary that had nothing to do with my care plan stating she has "mental health problems" etc and it went on and on. I reported this information but highly doubt anything was ever done about it. As a person who has struggled with suicide and self-harming this is extremely serious and I hope it never happens to anybody else.

These people are useless and treat you just like your abuser … like your nothing and laugh at you when you don’t agree w it’s them- call the national domestic hotline and get referred elsewhere !!!!!!

The staff was polite and friendly. Lisa was nice to enough to explain why i missed my appt.and went to get me a new one for mon.
