These guys never answer, I have been wrongfully kicked out of multiple classes, huge waste of money

I'm almost at 11 months and finished. Group is good for me. Helped me get ahold of my drinking and clear my thought process to something better. Mike is a good counselor. No body really wants to be there. But perfect… place to be held accountable for your actions and hopefully it helps and doesn't happen again. God bless 🙏

This place never answers the phone or gets back to you, they constantly over charge.

I was given the number of Granite Wellness in Roseville by an employee of Granite Wellness in Grass Valley. I called the number and extension I was given but instead of getting through to the area I needed, a counselor… picked up and was quite rude. She told me to call the front desk but didnt know what that number was. So, I called back the same number but this time didnt put in an extension, went through their phone tree and got to the right area. I spoke with the person who picked up and let her know why I was calling. If there was a way she could have been less helpful, I don't know what it would have been. So, my experience with them was that the staff is either incredibly rude or unwilling to help.

Not a bad place to go when you're court ordered to take DUI classes

Seriously my wife was ordered to take these classes. She missed 1 day after a holiday which had no class scheduled. They took her payment on day 20 then refused to let her attend class. Still took my payment. But… dropped her the next day cause she missed 21 days. Now she needs to pay $75 to get a referral and another $500+ to attend another 3 months of classes not to mention the $180+ we are already out. Stay awAy from this shady group! Wish I could give negative stars to them!
