The doctors are good ...but good luck trying to call them ...get sent to Sysco unity group in less than 10 minutes of waiting. I called 6 times and no answer

I waited 2 hours for lab work that never happened. Complete waste of time and money.

Good quality care. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. The Dr's, PA's and NP are all well qualified and listen to issues carefully. Minus one star for no direct contact with the clinic. The general… phone line can be over an hour wait. They do offer call backs though.

i found this place by accident. ended up loving it and staying. i love my dr. she is attentive and proactive. 10/10 location. the staff are always amazing and kind. i almost hesitate to even write this review because… when your discover something this special, why would you want them to be more busy in this day and age . But they deserve it.

Dr. Nelson Serrano is a wonderful doctor/nurse practitioner. He is always informative, and listens to our concerns. He never misses an appointment we have, and we appreciate him as our doctor. The ladies there at… reception are super cool and welcoming. They're not rude like other receptionist I've dealt with in the past. Very lovely ladies. Thank you ruhs

The doctor and nurses are good but the front desk NEVERRRRRRR.!!!!! Answers the phone I keep calling waiting and then it hangs up they gotta get there stuff the right way by answering the calls

I have had the worst experience with this health center! This place has the worst personal ever. They changed my appointment twice and called me today to rescheduled it! I waited a months for the appointment date and… this people calls me a week before my appointment to reschedule it every time. I’ve been waiting months already and they still messing with me. I don’t know if they are moving priority people or just being rude. They never answer the phone but they will call you to change your appointment. I hope other people are getting treated good but I felt discriminated. They get one start because there’s no 0!

I always wait more then an hour just to get a room... than another hour just to be seen... just for a depo shot every 3 months! Ridiculous, need more staff 🙄
