Took my mother there , she was administered the wrong patients catscan and injected with contrast without her knowledge that the test being performed was not for her.
The most vile waiting room for the ER, ZERO privacy, I knew everyone’s private information bc there was ZERO PRIVACY! I went there for abdominal pain, I still to a month later have no clue if there is a ED department!… Bc I sat in a lobby while my care was being done! Blood on the floors and chairs, bathrooms were far worse than a construction site porta potty, feces and urine and blood EVERYWHERE! I sat in the lobby for 13.5 hrs , the quickest part was ct scan and ultra sound! Then I had to walk bc there was no wheel chairs, I could barely stand up, I had a mass on my left ovary , each part of my diagnoses was told to me in the lobby, WHERE EVERYONE KNEW MY MEDICAL EMERGENCY, HIPAA VIOLATION!!! Why was my female parts spoken about in front of a 21 yr old boy who was there for TMJ, why did I have to hear another man’s right testicle needed and ultra sound? I was so embarrassed, and humiliated , that my female private parts were spoken of in front of other people, MEN and a 12 yr old boy? They gave you , toradol in less than half the dose and sent you straight back to the lobby, not enough to help with ANY PAIN ON A SCALE OF 10, but it’s bc they had you go back to lobby! Bc legally they can’t give pain meds for pain on a scale of 10 with out putting you in a room!! I knew everyone’s birthdate place employment, and social security numbers bc there was NO PRIVACY! One nurse had an ultra sound machine guiding his IVS IN placing biohazard material on top of of his computer keyboard, never changed gloves when he inserted another person iv and PLACED sterile needles on his keyboard where he just had biohazard (bloody) catheters in same place! Try to put an IV in ME!!! HELL NO! The nurse who was administering my toradol told the other nurses we are not tending to the “frequent visitors today” they are to be the very last people we see! What?? Needless to say, I had a mass in my ovary that was intermittently torsion, they sent me HOME WITH LIDOCAINE PATCHES FOR PAIN!! How is a LIDOCAINE PATCH suppose to give you pain relief for an organ?????? The male Dr who discharged me AGAIN HIPAA violation told me in front of the entire lobby, I can use an ice pack or heat on my female private (he said vagina) part! Needless to say, I’m glad I went to another hospital bc I could of died! I’ve never in my life felt so violated, my rights were violated, and treated like I was just another “BODY” PHI WAS VIOLATED ON A SCALE IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED!! I was so embarrassed, violated, and it affects it has had on my mental health as a woman I just felt degraded , to hear another man tell his wife MY MEDICAL EMERGENCY why I was there, to hear the 12 yr old boy ask his mother what that ment!!!
Worse place ever the nurses don’t care for you at all they don’t care to help you I was in the hospital for 4+ hours in the middle of the night waiting to be seen and then ended up letting me go home instead of helping… me when I was in excruciating pain
Attentive nurses and supportive staff helped my wife through a difficult time.
Very well run and the staff are very skilled and friendly. My anesthesiologist paid me a visit before my surgery and I was able to let her know of my special considerations.
This is the worst hospital in history. I experienced a doctor and a nurse that were completely unprofessional, rude, purposely humiliating, etc. I asked the doctor a question because I didn’t want to be given anything… that would put me to sleep and he yelled, I mean yelled, stating that that’s all he could give me. I cried. This is after a nurse was just making fun of me for no reason at all. I feel like they get away with it because their higher ups can’t truly believe their employees behave this way. I, a legal compliance analyst, was treated the worst I’ve ever been here- I can only imagine the bedside manner with the transients, elderly, etc. After I experienced the long-haired Caucasian provider that was clearly a demon in a white coat and the Black nurse popping her gum and rolling her eyes because I seemed to inconvenience her by arriving via ambulance, I did experience a great nurse and the main doctor for the night- who were much more professional. I wanted to leave but doctor recommended that I don’t because my heart rate was so high. Ironically, I believe the treatment from their staff is what was keeping me that way. It was so dehumanizing and blatantly disrespectful. The ambulance was supposed to take me to Kaiser, but I ended up at one of those terrible hospitals that you only see on television. Shame on this place.
This is the best ER in town. My family and I was in and out less than 34 minutes a big thank you to nurse Diana and Doctor Dy, I hope got your name, correct doctor. Thank you thank you thank you.
Nurse Diana and Dr. Cantu are the best we was in and out The ER in less than 34 minutes.
Very rude Check in receptionist. Not a family hospital. if you have Insurance don’t pick this hospital.
I just went to Express Care to take my son, and the blonde lady treated us very rudely and told us to get lost, saying, "This isn't Kaiser." I replied, "I know, but we're here on behalf of Medical," and she said, "This… isn't Kaiser."
What a great hospital! My husband had a rattlesnake bite that could have been fatal. Every person in emergency, ICU and every floor was professional, personal and very kind. Each person seemed to take pride in their own… appearance and were genuine. Even when I was looking for the cafeteria, employees in the hallways were very kind and personable. What a great experience in a lousy situation. Raymond just stopped by to empty the trash and he was also a real nice guy with a great mustache. Don't believe the lousy reviews here. This hospital is awesome!
Unbelievably unprofessional. Fixated on patients mental health and sex life to the extent that it is uncomfortable. Doctors are arrogant with a horrible bedside manner. I've never been talked to like this in my life. I… have never done this before, but I walked out during an examination. I wouldn't take my dog here for treatment.
My experience with the emergency room is one of the worst experience. They are so slow. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s just disgusting how their system runs in their emergency room as a human being their selfish… it is not normal for a patient to wait more than 6 to 8 hours most 10 that I did yesterday with my husband that is diabetic And after wasting our time, they only took him back to run his lab work, his urine And took us out to the lobby again he didn’t he needed an MRI and we did not get it done Because we got a paper from the clinic saying oh you guys are gonna get attended fast and my husband was with no breakfast no lunch and eventually we gave up and we left and they still said you guys are leaving. We’re leaving you guys think that’s normal up to 10 hours just sitting there and they’re waiting room with no answer no are you guys OK because they can’t give us an answer. and trust me I’ve been in several hospitals, From Parkview in Riverside , Murrieta, Temecula and their community hospitals and they do what they have to do with their patience . This is one of the worst. Worst of worst hospitals advise you please do not take your family to this hospital.
Excellent hospital if you truly have an emergency, I highly recommend it. My experience was excellent; they saved my husband's life and took great care of him.
Had to take a reblood draw with many other bc they waited to even do it on most like they tryna get everyone in and get paid instead of actually treating everyone fr secondly being the firsts one there (day time)to… leaving night 11:50 bc the re draw that many ppl had to take witch is mfn crazy
This was one of the craziest ,longest , and worst experiences i ever faced at any hospital. Me and my girlfriend came in because she felt she was about to pass out/faint she has a history of fainting almost died last… time. (Next topic) But this part isnt a bad part i was happy when i found this out that the reason she was feeling so nauseous and out of it and hurting so much because she is pregnant i was real happy finding that out now getting to the concerning part, after they took her blood they made us sit for awhile and when they came back they said unfortunately the blood became clotted so she has to redo it so we sit another 2 + hrs the nurse comes in to tell us out loud in front of everyone personal information not being discrete because people looked at us not pulling us to the side or anything did that to a few other people but different nurses who were there. then said she doesnt know how long itll take again to come back with the results so in total we had to wait 9hrs on most a new day there they didnt even help us cure the full problem we went for they just gave us stuff thatll help that day then by the time we left my girlfriend was saying all the pain and nausea came back so they didnt help her as much as they shouldve .The nurses was nice just feel like things should of been handled a little better .another reason why added names just want better God bless everyone 💙
I’ve been trying to get a hold of staff to answer a simple question! They never answer my calls! I used the app to contact and I’ve gotten no response! It’s been over two weeks of me almost daily trying to get a hold of… someone! Allow 48 hours for a response it says but no I’m being ignored! I tried putting in a complaint with evidence of being ignored and I was ignored there too! As someone who had bad anxiety and social issues this is a lot for me and knowing my own doctors won’t reach back out to me is so disappointing and awful that I don’t want to deal with you! This is why people like me don’t get help because no one cares!!
I had no pain at all when I had my baby here I literally felt no contractions when I was in labor. I really recommend that you ask for an epidural if you come here to have a baby.
The staff and Drs are the best they took really good care of my dad, while he was in ICU and they keep taking good care of him also they have been giving us info daily of his health and condition they are always using… translation for my mom and dad to know what are the proper treatments and procedures for him, I was iffy about drs or hospitals out here I’m from LA but this hospital and staff really made me change my mind about changing my doctor out here. Can’t go wrong 👌🏻🥰
we have the most amazing experience the doctors, the nurses clean staff the CNA. The people there were and is around my mom now that she’s in the fourth floor. Everyone has been very welcome my mom very friendly. They… make us feel like we’re home and I really would like to say that we are very happy to be here. They literally say my mom’s life and I have no other words to say just thank you thank you to the team of Dr Kuna Dr Garcia Dr well the team of all doctors they help my mom and also how human they are. Thank you so much thank you thank you thank you by the way English is my second language sorry if I have any type of misspelling.
I love being part of a teaching hospital/group fir my health needs. Very orgsnized, cooperative specialists and surgeons. I feel very blessed to have RUHS in charge of my health. Top notch care!
THIS PLACE SERVE ME COLD FOOD AND THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BRING UP A NEW TREY WHEN THEY CALL BACK DOWN THERE TO THE CAFETERIA ALL THE STAFF HAD LEFT DID NOT BRING ME A NEW TREY LIKE THEY SAID THIS PLACE… REALLY NEEDS TO STEP THEIR GAME UP
Excellent service
Horrible hospital to go to. I could write a book on how they treated me when I sent 2 weeks but but it’s not worth my time or energy. If u can go somewhere else please do do. I don’t recommend this hospital at all.
