They "lost" my doctor's referral, were unwelcoming and unhelpful, and two unidentified people joined what I expected to be a confidential discussion and made nasty comments about my service dog. Wow.

They need a new Psychiatrist. Susan told me straight up no one is better than her and I needed to just listen to her, like excuse me? Its my life, I should have say. She also canceled my husband's appointment for not… being 15mins early. For what? To sit in the lobby and wait? I hate the care we get in Curry County but no one will do anything about it.

I have been waiting weeks for a callback. Promised a callback two weeks ago, waited patiently no response. Call back and I'm told they will leave a message wait a few hours no call. Call again was told they're on the… phone, can hear her in the background. They will call back as soon as their off the phone. Hour passes, I call back, oh they're not in the office anymore we will call you back when she returns, don't worry they will be in the office after business hours. No callback again. Next day I call back, still no response. This time I'm told I'm calling the wrong number to reach said person and HUNG UP ON. I call back, immediate hangup. Call back, person is unable to help. I know services are few and far between around here but avoid at all possible if you can They now promise a callback first thing in the morning, I'm updating this both days to confirm whether or not they follow up as I've called multiple times and left messages during the last hour. Let's see if they can keep this promise? I'm not holding my breath.
