Network180 – Grand Rapids Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Network180 – Grand Rapids providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Mental health and substance use are handled together rather than in sequence. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Network180 – Grand Rapids Address, Location and Contact Information

You will find this provider at 790 Fuller Avenue NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49503. The city lies within Kent County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

How Much Does Treatment at Network180 – Grand Rapids Cost?

Rehab paid for privately in Michigan typically costs $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. That is a guide only, as published prices for Network180 were not found at the time of writing.

Standard inclusions are the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. It is fair to assume Network180 works the same way, but that is an assumption. Ask the facility which therapies and medications cost extra.

I have been actively going to network180 for almost a year and a half. My psych stated to my face that medication will not work for me and told me to see her again in 3 months with no change and active suicidal… thoughts. Crisis center? I left the first time actively slamming my head against things, I was told I was too prepared the second time and turned away. Third time I went in, started crying during assessment and the person there sighed angrily and told me I could just leave. Did so slamming my head against 2 doors and a brick wall with no interference. Couldn't sit anywhere so I sat in the snow for 3 hours waiting for someone to come get me. Therapist seems okay, havent been with them long(3 sessions), case manager doesnt seem to know how or what im doing so not much help there. Ive personally gone to 3 institutions and network180, since I didnt consult them first, denied my insurance for all of them leaving me with $15,000 in collections because of them. For all that is good, do not go here, ever, if you love them in anyway, take them somewhere else!!!! I am still actively suicidal and dissociative, tried to take my life last week and all they did was ask if I threw up. I cannot stress how bad this place is.

Called to see if they could do something about the gang of homeless people that are blocking the sidewalk, endangering pets lives in this heat, and children as well, and I am told they can't do anything about it today… because they don't have anyone working and I would have to call the police. Then the lady had the nerve to remind me that it's a public property and they have the right to be there despite the fact that I just told her that they are endangering pets lives and there's definitely suspicious activity going on, but considering how our police department is it is not safe to have them these people. All of these resources and yet they're too busy twiddling their thumbs making excuses letting these bumps ruin a good area and make it unsafe to walk-through as a woman.

It has been extremely difficult to watch these people continuously fail my daughter over and over again over the years. I am not convinced they truly care about anyone.

Apparently this garbage program only gives their patients a chance at life once a year. Y'all better get it right the first try or, I guess they just call the coroner. These people seem to have a limited idea of how… addiction works. My girlfriend has one foot in the grave and another on a banana, all they have to say is sorry, good luck.

Pure incompetence. If you’ve ever had any sort of healing prior, in any kind of crisis, or highly empathetic, run! Seek help elsewhere. They couldn’t even handle basic tasks and will make it your issue when you are the… one needing support.

They are the worst place to go to. Don't go there. They don't help you, they just give you the runarounds. Don't go there. They are a huge wasted time.!!!!! I see why they have a 2.7....Waste of time!!! They do not help… at all. They are a joke!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They don't have enough psychologists to cover their current case load so patients are going with out meds!

Wanting to add a positive perspective ❤️ When you’re told to go to your Medicaid authority and that place has reviews all over the place, you get nervous. However, my experience with N180 has been nothing short of… great. You need to be willing to put in the work! But the staff are thoughtful and are always willing to go the extra mile when you need it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My best friend was sent inpatient for 72 hours and despite him writing down his gender and pronouns, they misgendeted him the entire time he was there. They also refused to give him… the medications his therapist told them he specifically needed. My best friend has a lot of medical trauma and unfortunately this experience only further deepens that trauma and distrust in the mental rehab system. Highly would advise against choosing this location to send folks inpatient.

I have never felt so abandoned and alone as I have since I started going to network 180 after my previous mental health provider closed I have had nothing but a nosedive in my physical and cognitive health. I don't know… how much more I could beg for help. My neurologist even said that my brain is not working properly now and that I should not be on so many medications that are obviously not doing anything. I've called and called the nurse But she never calls me back. I wanted to switch from Vistaril to a different anxiety medication after reading other people's stories about being on it and I didn't like how I have changed. I am so terrified that because nobody would help me that I won't have any chance to recover. A couple of my problems are that I feel things crawling and stinging me everywhere on my entire body and can sometimes see things flying to and from my body, I talk to myself out loud constantly mostly self-hatred and suicidal ideations, My memory is now non-existent but I could go on and on and on for an hour or so with everything That has changed about me but brain and body. I am always in chronic physical pain and now will go to the pain clinic because no doctors, psychiatrist or any medical professional want to take the time to help figure out what is causing all of this. Lastly I've called the Network 180 nurse to ask about a medication change in my anxiety medication because I don't like the symptoms or the stories I've read about Vistaril in my entire time going to network 180 I have only got one call back and it had nothing to do with my anxiety medication. I am constantly stressed and feel on the verge of a panic or anxiety attack every single night but apparently I am not a priority. I cannot handle this shit anymore and I hope they know that when I finally do something about it, it was all their fault. But I'm sure they won't care just like they don't care now.

Well let's start, I was working in a home got told I would receive a call, only received one call and not what the situation was about. Still no answers to why I have a paper stating Neglect ll on me. Never in my life ,… I would neglect anyone. I am a caring honest person, the person that would do anything for anyone.
