Had amazing service. The nurse was very gentle with my very scared son and very patient with him. The NP was just as amazing and even checked me without having an appointment because my symptoms were the same as my… son’s! Just an overall amazing experience!
I cant get anyone to answer the phone nevermind needing an appointment or a prescription refilled.
The people in this office care about you and they show they care about you and I have never had one person to be rude or unkind to me or my family it is a drive for us to go here but well worth it when you find a place… especially a doctor's office or vet's office and they care more about you or your pet instead of the money for insurance that's the place to go!!!! They have helped me get referrals through where other clinics have took months and months and they did it in a couple weeks thank you all for your kindness and your dedication to helping us live a healthier life
Great place
I’ve always had great service. They actually listen to me, and discuss the plan. You don’t always get that at other MD’s offices. Have been able to squeeze me in or do a tele-health visit when it was urgent.
Got checked in the parking lot cause of Covid symptoms. Didn't have a problem with that but did have a problem with an earache and the fact that they didn't have any way of looking at my ears. The staff was very… friendly but was supposed to call in 5 meds to the pharmacy. Went and waited and finally the pharmacy gives up and calls the doctor and gets no answer, we try and get no answer. Drive back to the doctor and the receptionist is playing on her phone. Find out no one has called in any prescriptions. Ended up going home and coming back to the pharmacy later that night. Too much outdoor time for a sick person!
