Place is awesome. No waiting for meds like other clinics. They get you in and out and don't hassle you over inconsequential BS. Love this place!

Didn't even get a chance to experience the benefits of this place because they make signing up such a giant hassle. Can only do intakes 3 days out of the week, and intakes have to be there at like 5am, but THIS TIME… they denied me treatment because I'm not willing to put my tiny, trained medical service dog in a dirty metal cage out front of the clinic for "UP TO 4 HOURS" at 5am when it's FREEZING outside.. I'm not stuffing her in a cage in the cold by herself for 4 hours like she's a bad girl, hell, she's better behaved than the majority of the human clients here! Plus I don't see why there should be a problem with me having my seizure alert dog inside of a medical office to begin with! This is the first of the clinics that I have gone to who refuses to serve clients who need a service animal!!

The biggest advantage here is the wait times. Compared to any other clinic, it's lightning fast. I go to the mobile unit and I'm usually in and out in less than five minutes. It really gives you your life back compared… to waiting hours at some other clinics. The staff are great too. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a clinic. It's not without some issues, but it's a cut above the rest for certain.

Soooo…. The staff. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The providers? COMPLETELY POWER HUNGRY AND OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY, which is to be expected in this situation. I mean, providers at these places NEVER have their fingers on the… pulse of their patients but this place exceptionally worse in that aspect. They only want to exert their power over the lowly, drug addicted patient and absolutely positively DO NOT want them to have any kind of life outside of their “clinic.” Things are EXPECTED to be known by patients when there is zero possibility of them knowing without someone (like a provider) saying something. THERE IS NO HANDBOOK! And if there is, I promise nobody in the building knows where it is or what’s in it. They’d rather ruin a patient’s perfect attendance and forward progress than allow a patient to be of service to their community which I have to say, goes against EVERYTHING that recovery is about. Patients have zero access to these “gods” so this is about as close as I can get. Thank you for ruining my week. Thank you for allowing me to seek out more deadly street drugs than I usually would. Thank you for not seeing that your decision is ridiculous and wrong. Thank you for NOT understanding how this actually works. Thank you for not caring enough about your patients to just tell them that there are rules about certain things. Thank you for assuming that your patients are psychic. Thank you for everything you do. Mostly bad, some good, but mostly bad.

A lot of people care and don't just walk past you. They acknowledge people. David is very helpful and resourceful and also runs great groups throughout the week!!! The nurses are amazing!! The main receptionist is… pretty amazing, too!! As many people who comes through the door and it's pretty great to hear her know most people's name or client id. Just shows even she cares about others and making them feel welcome even if we are only there for a few minutes. If you run into issues, they are there to try and resolve said issue/s.

This place has it's pros and cons, the only pro is that they are quick to have you in and out, the cons are they only bring you up 5 mg every 5 days and that's clinic policy. They don't want to keep you clean they want… to keep you on methadone as long as possible and bring you up as slow as possible so all you do is build up a tolerance. If you are looking to truly get clean go to a different clinic that doesn't have a silly 5 day 5 mg policy.

Excellent methadone clinic, I haven't had to wait in line longer than 5 minutes since I've started here. The quickest intake for new patients I've ever done. If you are sick of clinics like CTC that do not care about… your time, and you want to be treated like a human being... I'd try this clinic out.
