Jessie Trice Community Health Ctr – Miami Detox and Rehab Services

What Jessie Trice Community Health Ctr – Miami offers, on record, is residential treatment. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Jessie Trice Community Health Ctr – Miami Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 2985 NW 54th Street, Miami, Florida, 33142. Miami-Dade County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Absolutely atrocious experience. Saying the communication is terrible is an understatement as that would mean there was communication. I had to chase them down for my lab results which they refused to give me. They set… an appointment for me to come in to speak to the doctor to get my results but then I was told the appointment was set by their call center and not confirmed with the doctor, so it essentially meant I didn’t have one. This is after taking time off working to go in for something that could’ve been posted to my portal or communicated via video call. They don’t seem to truly care about their patients, we’re all just numbers in the queue.

The worst. Health Care system I’ve ever been a patient off, my first visit was in July 2026, and I still have received PA, referrals and all medication sent to the pharmacy on file. Ridiculous!

Very disappointed with the lack of organization and patient care at this location. I arrived on time for an early appointment but waited over an hour to be seen, which was frustrating and unnecessary. If appointments… are scheduled at a certain time, patients should be seen accordingly or informed ahead of time about delays. My experience with the dentist was also disappointing compared to the other location, which provided much better service. I hope they improve their scheduling, communication, and overall care for patients.

People in the Lab get a break from 12pm to 2:15. Makes no sense. And can't get in touch with anyone over the phone

I am writing this review to share my personal experience and to encourage parents to be very mindful when seeking mental health care for their children. This nurse practitioner ( Herve Corbel) treated my daughter on… three occasions and treated me once as a patient. From the very first visit, the experience raised serious concerns. During sessions intended for my daughter, he repeatedly spoke at length about his own personal life, shifting the focus away from the patient. My daughter was there to receive professional mental health support, not to listen to the provider’s personal experiences. Throughout the visits, his explanations were often contradictory and lacked clarity, which made it difficult to understand the treatment approach or feel confident in the care being provided. When I was seen as a patient myself, I experienced what felt like excessive and unnecessary questioning that did not seem appropriate or relevant. The situation ultimately escalated into an unpleasant verbal confrontation in front of the office assistant, which was deeply upsetting—especially considering that my daughter is a special-needs child and was present in that environment. Children and families seek mental health services with trust and vulnerability, expecting professionalism, respect, and appropriate boundaries. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I am sharing this so other parents can make informed decisions and ensure their children receive the respectful, supportive, and professional care they deserve.

If you are looking for quality care and reliable service please DONT waist your time with this clinic. The phone system is awful and if you even think about relying on your doctor to follow up, just look for another… clinic! I literally had to leave work just to get my medical records because they refused to answer the phone! I mean just AWFUL

If you over 16 weeks pregnant don’t bother coming. I was given the run around for 2 weeks prior then told that the doctor would call me but she never did. This was intentional so I wouldn’t be seen by the Obgyn since I… would’ve been further in my pregnancy pass the deadline. I would’ve respected the Doc had she said she couldn’t take me instead of not calling at all. They very picky with who they accept. If you planning to do walk-ins set an appointment even if they tell you to do a walk in. Years ago the clinic was organized and professional now everyone lazy, unprofessional and picky with who they want to take.

Omggg they never answer the phone I been trying to contact them for a whole week to see if my glasses are done and they always transfer me to the optometrist office but then I have to end up leaving a message cause they… supposedly busy

This is one of the worst places to go for any appointment. They’re very unorganized, have long wait times just to get in touch with someone on the phone , and it seems as if no one knows what they’re doing. I came for… an ultrasound so they sent me to the OBGYN and waited over 20 minutes , just for the OBGYN to tell me i’m in the wrong area. I went to the family medicine where the OBGYN sent me just for the family medicine area to say “we don’t have ultrasound equipment, try the OBGYN”. As I went back to the OBGYN they said “oh can you come back after our lunch break or reschedule?”. They were very unorganized and rude. Never coming back to this place again, it was a waste of time.

Went there thinking there was a Walgreens inside. It's just a Walgreens pharmacy. Bad potholes at the entrance. I went hoping to buy some gauze and paper tape but left empty handed with no recommendation of where to go.

Trying to get in contact with them is difficult feels like they just stand by and watch the phone ring. And there's no point in trying irone things out because they'll just hang up in your face. My old doctor gave me… his personal number to get around the system but sadly he left. My new doctor is like a brick just doesn't listen

(THIS IS PAST EXPERIENCES) The doctors are the only professionals here, the front desk people are ridiculous, (2nd or 3rd set of front desk staff since I been coming here) they never get along and always speaking in… different languages loudly not really paying attention to the front door when they have to buzz them in... no team work in the front desk. Forget about calling them they NEVER answer the phone its always the call center and they transfer you their phone just rings till the answering service come on. Smh TODAY MY CURRENT EXPERIENCES WAS AMAZING! THEY HAVE NEW FRONT DESK STAFFS VERY MATURE AND PROFESSIONAL THANK YOU 🙏🏾

Phone system is the worst.Front Desk at Wilson mann center was very helpful she made sure I was seen and in a Timely manner. She also called to verify my follow up appointment. The staff at the Wilson Mann location was… amazing. But the phone service needs to be updated. Thank goodness for Ms Elise she is very good at what she does.
