Advocate Program – Miami Detox and Rehab Services
Advocate Program – Miami is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Advocate Program – Miami Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 1399 NW 17th Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33125. This address falls in Miami-Dade County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I never made it how was that Hey Hey Hey
Ana was an amazing instructor. The classes were extremely informative and interactive! The opportunity to share our experiences was inspiring and uplifting. She kept us on point and engaged, and created camaraderie… among strangers with her guidance and compassion. Thank you Ana!!
Nice experience to be surrounded by friendly and professional team, knowledgeable of they own functions! I totally recommend!
I'm giving these 5 stars because of Mr. Oliver Pacheco. He's the most attentive and efficient person, the only one who actually helps. The other agents put my calls on hold, never answer, and can only answer and… transfer them. If you call, ask for Mr. Oliver; he's the best. We have to give him a big raise. He schedules appointments, helps with payments, and more—he's the best.
Long lines, long wait. Some parking available.
If i could give zero stars i would. Imagine showing up to your class you signed up for days prior changed your schedule around arrive and the young girl who was bother by you showing up to sign up for having earphones… in waited until you left to take you out of the class. Then waiting an hour for them having no clue how to handle it but it was paid for and spots in the class. Imagine i have an advocate counselor (Homer Castro) and for MONTHS writing emails and sending voicemails unreturned. But in just a day a lawyer who worked with him could get in contact. But again when I look for the response and not my lawyer still ghost. Imagine trying to say you are offering counseling. But your staff whine we pay in fines need more training and counseling because no one seems to be able to do basic job management.
Honestly, it was a good experience. I was a little nervous, but when Homero helped me, he provided emotional support and excellent service. Now I'm waiting for my appointment to finalize the course. I'll tell you more… later.
I just finished my DUI school with Ana Gonzalez as the instructor. It was an amazing class and I thank her and the team at The Advocate program
If you get a counselor called Karla Gonzalez Do not even waste your time and ask to get another representative. She does not call back in a timely manner. She doesn’t schedule calls she will call you randomly. And then… when she feels petty, she will not answer her phone at all stop texting and just communicate through email. And even when you do get her to respond through email, it is the most vague instructions. She will ask you to send something in and then the next month will literally tell you hey you need to send in the right information by the end of today if not you’re going back to court . Who needs enemies when you can have a counselor like her? One time I needed help signing up for something and I signed up for all the doctors around me and I couldn’t get anybody to take my case. I called the advocate program thinking maybe they could get me with one of their doctors and give me the evaluation I needed and when the front desk lady asked my counselor if this is even what I need karla got annoyed and said I don’t even need this at all, but to sign me up anyways. When the front Desk lady, tried to get back to karla about that weird request. Karla left her messages on read and stopped responding. So please, if you do get her just transfer yourself because she will just give you pure anxiety🫠
Great people
They provide excellent service.
Excellent service.
This place is a rehabilitation program for people who are sent to receive talks regarding alcohol and drug abuse. I had to bring a person here to receive the service.
It wasn't full and I was in and out.
I have been going for a while just to fix my license there was a day I go and they told me I had to do a 2 days only 2 hour's to get my certificate witch they were trying to charge me 360$ dollars witch I had the money… that day thank God I never paid it they would of robbed me because the last time I went witch was on a November they told me I had nothing to do with them and I had to go back to court to fix my license witch I did fixed it not so long ago now I could go to the DMV but this people wasn't really professional if I could give y'all a zero star I would don't even deserve one star.
Excellent 👌
Garbage program, garbage counselor (Alice Lavado) you’ll NEVER be able to see the counselor you are assigned. Everyone else that you speak to will have no clue how to explain or proceed with the details of your case.… They’ll just conveniently forget mention details that will end with you failing the program. Downright evil is what it is, people like them should not be allowed to handle matters that concern an individuals court cases because they have NO CLUE what they’re talking about. They downplayed what a violation of probation would entail, NEVER explained the steps it would take to get a potential extension of probation, and now I have a warrant and have to get a lawyer to save me. The advocate program has assisted me in no way and has promoted 0 growth or reformation as an individual. I would welcome getting black out drunk and driving into oncoming traffic at this point in time because the shame of having to go back to my family and pitifully requesting financial assistance is killing me. I mean what kind of job is going to hire me when I need weekday availability to complete community service hours, and SATURDAYS for a drug rehabilitation program (issued by the Advocate Program) and no reliable transportation. They conveniently waited until I had paid off ALL of my dues before I found out I had just been automatically failed with 99% of the course done. The assistants that I met with to discuss what I would have to do were so inept that they couldn’t properly tell me that I was already going to be issued a warrant and now I have to pull $1500 out of thin air for a lawyer, the entire staff should be locked up for running this sham of a program (except the front desk lady, she was always pleasant, courteous, explain everything in a way that O could understand and is more qualified than the people I had to answer to about my case.)
