There is a lady named Pam that works in his office who is very rude and unprofessional.
This is one of the best doctors in the world when it comes to bedside manners and spending time to understand your concerns as well as the symptoms. He is not controlled by the clock as he spends his time to get to know… you and understand everything that is going on in your life to piece together what might be the problem. Over 5 years ago I was suffering from a digestive issue and with his thorough examination and evaluation Dr. Eric Ciganek was able to get me the help I needed. Best MD in the state! A few years back I was a mess mentally & physically. Other doctors gave up hope and refused treatment. Leavin me without hope OR a doctor. I don't know what Dr. Ciganek seen in me to want to even… be bothered with my crazy behavior and ALL my ups & downs, but he stuck by me! And still does! His staff??? Ha! They are just as wonderful as he is! They loved me until I re-learned to love myself.
