Positive Recovery Services – Germantown

I have attended IOP( Intensive Out Patient) since November 2025. I am honored to have a support group like these ladies and gentlemen. They truly care about you and go out of their way to help you with whatever you… need. I feel truly blessed to be apart of the positive recovery family. Amanda and Tommy are phenomenal women as the front lines of this establishment, with Tommy's monthly pantry helping you with home essentials. Thank you Positive Recovery for all you do. Thank you Chuck. This place has been a blessing in my life.

Great program great caseworker/ staff they take the time and effort to make a positive plan to make your life great again

I really like the staff and the support groups are great. The staff are very helpful with my needs and they mediate the groups well also. Overall very satisfied with this program I would definitely recommend for anyone… who is battling this addiction and also looking for support group.

I am looking for zero star. They're so unreliable!. They close before their normal closing time.

This is a great program that I would highly recommend to anyone struggling. They will help you with necessities and just be a safe place on your journey to freedom. Tomi is so welcoming and helpful. 10/10 for sure!

Such an awesome program. Very convenient with the online classes. Everybody is really amazing to work with and provides such a nice atmosphere. You can tell they really care about your recovery process. They have great… incentives to keep you going down the right path. The pantry has also been blessing for myself and kids. They need more programs like this around.

Tomi’s Pantry has been an absolute blessing for us. Their Monthly package provides essential necessities that we often can’t afford, and the added counseling services are invaluable. Everyone there is so kind and… non-judgmental, making the entire experience uplifting. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Great place to go with the exception of one tremendous failing , they do not maintain a healthy atmosphere in group because they allow disruptive ,malicious , dramatic people to stay in group who consistently cause… issues with people without provocation ...muting people does not solve the problem ,especially if they can simply unmute themselves , just tell them they need to leave the program. After levying insults without provocation , making inappropriate and racial comments, being rude to fellow group members they have made positive recovery a HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT

I've been going to Positive Recovery for the last couple years and it has really been a lifesaver for me. The staff is great, very kind. The groups are very helpful and I have learned so much in my time there. This is… the best Outpatient Program I have ever been to, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is struggling with drugs or alcohol.
