Pathways Community Mental Health – Marquette Detox and Rehab Services
Pathways Community Mental Health – Marquette is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

The facility address is 200 West Spring Street, Marquette, Michigan, 49855. This address falls in Marquette County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

Life saving mental health treatment that is accessible to everyone.
Great staff love it there lst services are a life saver
Came in for child Services and it's a joke! My child told the counselor important issues and she was not mentioning important things to the Court I never seen such unprofessional groups of people and your supposed to… trust them but they are a Joke! She's normally a drug and alcohol counselor and has no clue about Child services! I think they should warn people about the amateur level of service before sticking Children in such situations as This Should be Professional Advice and Guidance
Terrible, "mental health" Pathways, “NP” Danae specifically. Please stop misdiagnosing people to be more mentally ill, than they ACTUALLY are, lying & not hearing patients out when they have VALID evidence from other… Dr’s to dispute my “illnesses.” When in reality all I have is ADHD combined & OCD. There is NO place for a “NP” in psychiatric care. All your “help” is making me WORSE & UNHEALTHY. Between UPHS MQT & Pathways, I’ve NEVER seen so much malpractice in my life.
Jim is the worst caseworker I've ever had.
They were very helpful. Most places have a long or inaccessible waiting list for mental healthcare. They were able to intake me within about 2 weeks compared to the 6 months to a year of private practices. I followed… through with my appointments and they really did help me out, informing me of resources available and practitioners that took notes for providing personalized care. I had legitimately good experiences with all staff I interacted with while being a patient there.
there two things that pathways doe to me 1 I lived a group home the was there was guy that pick bullied me when he that to me and I stand to him I get in trouble for it he gets off Scott free there another guy that is… Client of pathways he lived in the apartment behind me he pounded on the wall because he thought he knew everything they told they can't do anything about it then they said to write down every time he did so when i showed them they still said theycan't thing about it they believe me on the fact he was and said I am doing with nothing wrong but i get mad at him and act to stand up I get in trouble for it but they nothing about him they say he doesn't know any better something to me any he can't because of his Disability but when i tell them he need stop pounding they he can't help but you can. terrible
Passionate staff that work hard for the individuals they serve.
DO NOT GO HERE! The absolute worst "medical staff" I have ever dealt with! These people will actively make your mental health decline and just continue to make it worse! If this wasn't such a serious situation it'd be… the best joke ever played. How does this place stay funded and open?! Take your mental health seriously and stay far, fat away from this place and the people!
Affiliated with Duke lifepoint of keeping patients against their will n that almost made me loose everything I owned go back to college I sugggest not nmu these small town drs health care workers etc have major lack of… knowledge and none of these drs employees up here would get hired at uofm Mayo Clinic or any hospital ranked top 25 they probably couldn’t get hired at hospital ranked 50 even!this is a lawsuit specially when the nurse in er almost killed me and a health care worker on 5th floor said I got a chance of winning a lawsuit!
THEY WILL NOT HELP MY PROBLEMS WITH PROPER MEDICATIONS. EVERYTHING IS ILLEGAL APPARENTLY DONT BOTHER SEEKING HELP JUST COMMIT SCU....
Thank You All
Every experience I've ever had is horrible! From the receptionist, case manager, nurses and doctors. This place will probably male your mental health issues worse!
I was chosen to go to pathways biopsychological coordinator and had to play by the rules hopefully in a way to get me back on track towards the light instead of a dark place apparently I have been labeled as a… schizophrenic and some way maybe my case worker is right so therefore I must have a lot of good habits adapt and learn to become a better person even though I'm not a hundred percent perfect
Great people. Really know what they’re doing. Very large range of parking and very accessible for handicapped and all. Make sure to go here.
Poor property management. A very inaccessible location. Parking is terrible. Landscaping is severly negelected and it looks as if no one cares.
Doctor refused to come out of his office for my daughter’s appointment, even after the receptionist went back to tell him he was 20 minutes late. I was told he was too busy on the phone or dictating something to attend… the appointment, but we were welcome to reschedule for several weeks in the future, not even addressing her medication refills (which may not be allowed if he doesn’t see her). The others that I have dealt with there do not behave so unprofessionally, so I’m giving 3/5.
My son went to Pathways for over 20 yrs. The staff and professionals are top notch in their fields! Thank you for all the help you gave my quadplegic son Matt. He passed away at 41yrs. April 17, 2017 of a sudden heart… attack. You made it possible to keep him in my home for all these years. God Bless You All for the Tremendous and Fantastic job you did in helping Matt. and his family! Matts mom.
I've been going to pathways since I was three years old. pathways has saved my life multiple times. I have quit going on and of for months and they always accept me back with open arms. Thank you Pathways for all you… have done for me.
This place is as low as It gets for Marquette, and that says a lot! They treat you like an alien!
Worst service in the UP! Will never choose this trashdump again. The air in the building smells like the waste-product of 300 dead cockroaches. If you ever think about using Pathways services know this: you are making a… mistake, and there are better choices even in Marquette to choose from.
