Interfaith Medical Center – Brooklyn Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Interfaith Medical Center – Brooklyn providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

I’ve called Dr. Ayozie Richardson multiple times left a voicemail multiple times but haven’t gotten an answer back , I’ll have to go somewhere to get my prescription refilled. I would advise you go somewhere else if… you’re planning and coming here.

The most incompetent staff and doctors. They don’t know how to type your name in the system, the don’t know how to order a prescription correctly, they all work like snails. Do not go there, find another clinic for your… own sake.

Trash facility and trash staff. They assume that because they're helping people who choose or have no choice to go to a clinic, that their patients do not value their own time. They never answer the phone, so it's hard… to schedule an appointment, but you might as well just walk in because you're appointment time won't be honored. Don't ever agree to a "televisit" (phone appointment) because they will not call you at your scheduled appointment. If they call you at all, it will be at a random time because they must think you have all the time in the world.

The waiting time was horrible, the front office staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Now the doctor was professional. No persons should ever be subjected to waiting for 6 hours. Just horrible!
