Beverley Mack Harry – Brooklyn Detox and Rehab Services
Beverley Mack Harry – Brooklyn appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Beverley Mack Harry – Brooklyn Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 738 Crown Street in Brooklyn, New York, 11213. The city lies within Kings County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Beverley Mack Harry – Brooklyn Reviews and Ratings
Have you or a loved one been treated at Beverley Mack Harry? A few lines about admissions, the staff and what happened after treatment ended can help another family in Brooklyn weigh the same choice.
I would not recommend BMH based on my experience. There was a consistent lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through especially when it came to handling critical paperwork. I relied on this facility to… complete and submit disability documentation so I could receive payments while out of work, and their failure to do so caused serious financial stress and uncertainty. In addition, there were multiple missed appointments from the psychiatry side, with little to no communication or accountability. This made it extremely difficult to receive consistent care and added to an already stressful situation. The overall level of care felt dismissive. Appointments were not handled professionally, including significant delays without notice. The patient coordinator was also rude, which only added to the frustration and made an already difficult experience even more uncomfortable. This experience had a real impact on my mental health during an already difficult time. I expected support and professionalism, but unfortunately did not receive either. I hope the organization takes steps to improve both their administrative processes and their level of patient care.
Worst experience first time getting a therapist for my son and is been the worst's. When your 6 years old knows for a fact that the therapist will not show up for the meeting... first appointment no one call I still… gave the opportunity next past 4 weeks I get in contact and i can't get the meeting even though I will speak with the therapist one minute ago ... no one communicates. Management suck supervisor has a attitude and being sarcastic reading the policy to me if you miss 2 sections you get removed... you guys fail to be in the section 4 weeks in a row, I have call, but it doesn't matter you guys get pay for a service thats is not provide because you had fail to be in the section. I will never recommend this place
This has to be the worst experience I have ever dealt with when it comes to therapy services. It’s impossible to reach Linda Ay
Called them multiple times asking for my medications, and they refused to give it to me
Beverly Mack truly helped me a lot. The people , staff and resources they have are amazing and the amount of care they show towards their community is incredible . Would highly recommended taking time to open up and… hopefully better yourself with the help of these amazing people
Imtiaj very meticulously showed me all the resources Beverley Mack had to offer and since joining , I have nothing but great experiences to speak about. The staff are great and they show great care towards their clients.
Life changing experience. Highly recommend taking the time to open up and hopefully better yourself with these folks
Left 4-5 messages for someone to call me back and it has been almost a month with no call back. I’m so done with this place. See my previous review and btw I still NEVER got a new therapist.
I sought this company out for therapy services. I was teamed up with a great therapist Gemma who unfortunately had to leave because of work conditions. Someone called me and said I would be teamed up with a new… therapist. That never happened. About a year later, I felt like I should restart therapy. I called and got partnered with Melissa. She was a great therapist as well but in normal fashion she too left due to work conditions and issues with getting paid. It has been 3 months and no one has called me or even offered me a new therapist. Does management even care about their clients. Thank God I wasn't suicidal or in dire need of mental health services because I would have been on my own. This is how accidents and preventable deaths happen. I chose this company because it was black owned and the therapists are black but their customer service sucks. They need to care more about the clients and do more tracking and follow up! UPDATE: The day after I wrote this review I mysteriously received a call asking if I was still interested in services perhaps as a result of this review hmm? At any rate I said yes. Today is July 27, 2022 and since then I have received 4 calls asking the same thing and I still don't have a therapist!! My therapist left in February or March I believe.
BMH is currently under new management and has streamlined lots of process to ensure great patient experience. Therapist treat you like family and this facility is just what is needed for our community. Let continue to… support work so we can provide best service to black and minority community.
terrible, do not recommend. they have no staff and rely on the labor of interns
The management sucks. They have the fastest turn over of staff, therapist and receptionist I've ever seen. The receptionist there are usually terrible so good luck getting a appointment or getting in contact with… someone over the phone. Being a patient there gave me whiplash. I had four different therapists in one year because they kept leaving. Most of the therapists were very good but they wouldn't stay long. I've learned from first hand experience that any company that has a fast turnover of staff is not a good place to seek services. Unfortunately due to coronavirus I'm forced to seek services once again at bmh wish me luck.
Had a telaheath appointment at 7:00pm and no one called me. I waited for 10 minutes afterwards then called them multiple times and left a voicemail. 2 days later there's no follow up or apology. My social workers told… me they also spent an hour on the phone trying to reach them and still no answer. Horrible, horrible service
I loved the experience. It was 1000000 times better than I thought it would be. To any reading I would recommend
I originally was hesitant to seek counseling as a black male and growing up in a family that don’t believe in sharing your burdens with anyone . However my life had becoming so overwhelming with my business, my job , my… new place and being newly engaged that I wanted to be able to at least talk to someone that wouldn’t make me feel critiques or judged . I was suggested to Beverly Mack by a friend . After I went and met the counselors I felt much better , having someone that can hear me and guide me with making choices moving forward . The therapist is open and receptive and the environment feels good . I was happy I choose them .
Wonderful community resource, with service by professionals who look like me and better understand my needs. I'm new to therapy, but I'd recommend this place for sure! A far cry from the old reviews I've read #thenewbmh
Amazing experience the therapist was amazing the staff were extremely professional and efficient. Location images excellent and they worked with my schedule definitely recommend this office to anyone needing services.… Thanks for a pleasurable experience
The staff members are friendly and pleasant. BMH has a welcoming atmosphere which makes you feel right at home #thenewbmh
This is a good place for therapy
The staff is unprofessional at every level. They interrupt therapists while they are in session. They don't let the therapists know when their patients arrive. I've had two great therapists there who both quit. Because… of the working conditions. I'm not going back. And or a month I've been asking for my records. I've completed the request twice. They say they didn't have a record of my request. I even went to the office and completed it in front of them and when I called again they said again they have no record of my request. They just don't care about the quality of their work. They are inept. There's no excuse that Beverly Mac Harry would allow her brand to become what it has become - a horrible place for therapists to work and patients to go.
I would never send anyone there when I call there the receptionist is unprofessional and never know anything this place is a joke I was there in the room with the doctor talking to him and he was sleeping omg I do hope… he write down the right thing.
